Order was never sent to me. Contacted them 8 times to ask for a refund and still nothing.

I ordered this beautiful mini dress. Black with white neck white end of the sleeves. Washed it once following the care instructions to the letter only to find out the black fabric dyed and completely ruined the white parts. Contacted customer service and they said the don't do returns of used products. Contacted them again and they told me to send an email with pictures and explaining the situation and someone would get back to me from 3 to 5 business days with a resolution. They blocked my account and no matter what I do I can't access the app or the website. I basically lost my money in a dress I only got to wear ONCE. Horrible and disgusting. Nobody ever got back to me.

This is the place we go for fast fashion. And all variety of cloth at lowest price- but sometimes the cloth does get mess up fast they don’t last long but I guess you get what you pay for so I will still shop there.

Very disappointed. I shop here all the time. Made a pretty expensive purchase and was not allowed to exchange for a different size. Will not be shopping here in the future.

Ordered 3 items on 16/09/22 then heard nothing more , it showed dispatched and never arrived . I ended up using the web chat to ask what was going on and they said order was probably lost , they offered to reorder and refund the one item that had gone out of stock . I received refund but never got an order confirmation for the other two items . Left a couple of weeks and started another web chat . This person could only find original order that had not even been dispatched from US. I said just leave it and can I get a full refund as I’ve been waiting nearly a month . They agreed to refund but I’m still waiting for this . I’m not confident I will get my money back . It’s so bad that a company can behave like this. I’m just hoping I get my £70 back

Awful experience with their online website, though I love their clothes! Forever 21 has taught me to always check online reviews before ordering, even if your in-store experience has been good.

Please only order from Forever 21 if you’re 100% certain you won’t have to return the items!!

They won’t pay for your return costs, and they don’t have a warehouse in Europe. So you have to pay €25 to return your items all the way to the US! Which takes a long time with PostNL as well (I’ve been waiting for a month now and the items still haven’t arrived at their warehouse).

After returning nine items with a value of €300, Forever 21 just sent me an email that they’ve refunded ONE item (one I didn’t even return) with a value of €15?! Like I said, the package I returned to them hasn’t even been marked as delivered by the tracking code. Obviously their email and refund is incorrect. Hopefully I’ll be able to reach them, but their reviews leave me worried!!!

I hate this company’s return policy. Several purchases I’ve made have been damaged, today i tried to return a pair of glasses that broke the next day after buying them. The managers simply don’t budge and even laugh when you walk away. From now on I’m only buying from places that have good return policies because I’m not throwing my money away, specially in times like this.

Love the styles. The quality not so much.

Ordered from F21 on 19th May. Still "Processing" my order on 28th August - 3 months later.
Contacted them via live chat on 5 occasions. 4 times they said they would process the refund. They didn't.
I screenshot their messages, opened a dispute via paypal, showing the messages as proof.7

Paypal refunded me with a week.

I have used so many shopping app but it was all secure. But recently i just made a purchase from this, and very next day my bank acc was hacked! Im not sure to them or not but i personally feel the website is not secure for online payment.

This company is flaming hot 🔥 TRASH 🗑. Avoid. Clothing looks like Halloween costumes and 3 sizes too small. They won't exchange or refund.

Stay away from this company. I order items, I then had a random email saying they refund a item, it turned out it was out of stock! I then had 2 emails saying my order was delayed! When I finally got a response, I was told they would dicuss with the warehouse, and STILL haven't heard anything back. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, my opinion is stay away. Their useless.

Today I went shopping at Forever 21 with my friends and there was a mistake about the sale price. One of the products were misplaced. When we were checking out, the cashier had a horrible attitude towards us for no reason. She took so long that she even took time to have conversations with her friends. Then later we asked for her name so we could report her and she didn’t answer the first two times and then we asked her again (the third time) and she quickly replied “Jane” in an annoyed tone. But we clearly knew it was a lie because on her necklace there was an ‘A’ letter. And later when we came home we saw on the receipt that her name was actually Alexa, not Jane. Alexa lied to us because she knew that we would report her due to her attitude. As a result, we seriously regret the money we’ve payed for our purchases, we think that what she did was unacceptable! She deserves to be fired!!

Ordered an item that was not synched up with the website. Said it was in stock but was actually out of stock (they never told me this btw I’m just guessing this was the case), after a month of like literally fightingggggg!!!! For my money back I’ve got it back through PayPal (not my original form of payment. They messed that one up too). Customer service will not issue you a refund if you ask politely you gotta tell them guys to not pass it on to the relevant team and do it themselves now. They have the resources to do so.

Avoid this company they are scammers. Just like others here, they took monies never delivered the item and then when asked to get the refund back they stated it would be processed but did nothing. 3+months on and still nothing. Went to third party company to step in and they also stated they tried and nobody would reply or resolve. I have reached out on twitter and nothing but fake comments and fake promises with nothing being done. I do not know how this company has been allowed to operate! They are committing fraud and yet the UK lets it operate, its disgusting and they are breaching all regulations. Please avoid and don’t get scammed by them!

I have had the same issue as Jadey and Lisa. I ordered Items in May worth of £124 and had to return it all as they were either not in a good condition (straps had come off/broken) or not true to size. From reading many reviews I have learnt I am not the only one they've been doing this to. Its a pattern and when customers return the items , they do not refund the money and just keep it to themselves. I have been chatting with customer service since May every other day and they have not been able to resolve the issue. The common fake promises and excuses - The payment isn't getting processed, Give us your paypal or a different account, The payment still not going through, Please wait 3-5 working days you will have the refund. This will be escalated to customer relations who will review further. There are very few people in the customer service team - Nikki , Tina , Tom (Manager) , Emilia.
None of them will be able to help , they say the same thing every time. They are trying to get the payment processed but it's not working. Its all lies and you will never see your money again. This has given me anxiety , the whole process was a waste of time and money for me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY from here and save your money.

I very rarely write reviews however I do not want anyone to experience this.

I returned my items 25th May 2022 and my refund has not been returned. After numerous messages and being told it will be in my account in 5 days. This is not true!

They keep your money and refuse to refund it’s a disgrace! Avoid at all costs!

These people are the worst kind of scum. Do not buy from them. My daughter ordered 2 dresses costing £50, all the money she had saved. She paid for express shipping and they arrived late! The quality is awful. We have tried to obtain a return label to return them, cannot do this as her order is showing as not delivered. We have sent many emails, all unanswered. They are clearly a scam as I see from reviews that this is common. They do not want to make it possible to return items so that they can keep your money.
This has caused my 14 year old a lot of distress.
How can these people sleep at night with what they are doing?
Absolute scum of the earth!
