why does this have bad reviews?!

why does this have bad reviews?! I have never had a bad experience ordering from this site. I have been shopping with forever 21 for over 10 years now. The quality gets better and better. I am very fussy with my clothes and i keep finding myself on their website buying their tshirts, workout clothes, biker shorts, dresses, skirts YOU NAME IT. I love bargains and affordable pieces and this company does it. Shipping is fast and the clothing is always packaged nicely. i am 25 years old and STILL LOVE forever 21 xoxo

I ordered some items during a sale

I ordered some items during a sale, so I wasn't expecting them to be really high quality, but this is NOT the Forever 21 I remember from years ago. Shipping took awhile. Every item came in plastic bags (which is environmentally horrible) and had a chemical odor probably from the dyes being in the bags. The material is so cheap and the bike shorts are extremely see through. I purchased them because they had a 5 star rating. I returned to review them on their site, and when you click to read or write a review, it doesn't take you to any such area. Of all the things I ordered, 2 or 3 of about ten are OK. They are making Shein look like Macy's these days. I would rather pay more and have back the better quality fabrics and pieces that Forever 21 used to carry.

I will never order from them my order…

I will never order from them my order still haven’t came they lied about my package and tried to push the blame on the post office who never received the package and customer service is so rude very argumentative and wouldn’t put a supervisor on the phone the items are cheap and very thin to say the least don’t order online you will never get your package they are the worst company ever I’m very pissed I will never spend a dime if my money with forever 21 no more needs a full refund

Forever21 their promotion are to trick you they do not comply with them. I brought 9 knit top they where buy 3 get one free they did not specified you need to add one more to get it free and when I received my order I did not received one free I spend more then $50.00 every time I buy anything from them but when I call for this issue they say just return your order and summit it again not help at all. Really bad customer services!

Online shopping from Europe

I recently bought online from The Netherlands and received one wrong item (socks, EU3.95). Apparently they didn't have the one I ordered anymore and sent me something else that I don't like. I tried the chat to solve my problem and the service is poor. The attendant couldn't read the chat properly and asked me questions that I already had answered. Then he just copy pasted information saying that I had to pay a 5.95 fee (which is absurd because it was not my error) for returning and sent me a link that doesn't work. On this link I type my email and my order and the website responds saying that the order number or email cannot be found. So this same person keep asking me to do "fixes" on my browser that I KNOW that don't work, such as clearing the cookies. Then he stated me that I should go to a store... THERE ARE NO STORES IN MY COUNTRY. So now I have something that I did not order, had to pay for it and can't even return it.

Never buying again, shame, I really like the products before, the ones that came right are awesome, but I am not putting myself on that risk of loosing money again.

I’m a 40 year old woman, I remember shopping at forever 21 during my teens years. Now that I am a mom of a 20 years old lady, I see her shopping at the same place that I used to shop. I see the changes in style, the quality of fabrics and the hike of prices.
I hope that the company can consider lowering there price that reasonable and affordable for teenagers to afford. Most, if not all teens don’t have a full time time jobs or just depending on their allowances.

So I bought some items from
F21.com that I had to return because the fit was poor. I decided to use the money from my returned items to buy something else in store. While in the store I ended up bringing back the new item that I bought because the fit was off again. Somehow that equated to me being told I cannot get my money back and I am stuck with store credit. I returned everything within the 30 day period and I had my receipt. Please make that make sense. I called customer service about it because I was so confused. Customer service was no help. F21 what kind of policy is that? Absurd.

I hope this company shuts down again. Awful customer service and communication at the store. I wasn’t told that body suits are final sale when I purchased them at cash. At forever 21 they count as “Intimate.” In most retail
places bodysuits count as regular clothes that can be returned or exchanged for store credit or refund. This isn’t common knowledge and should have emphasized and told to me by the cashier. I even had the manager tell me that the cashier should have emphasized this and that they have been letting customers know. I guess my cashier must have forgot. When I called customer service they told me I should have read the return policy snd it’s not the cashiers job to tell me anything. I took a look at the return policy on my receipt and It says “intimates” cannot be returned, no where did it say bodysuits. How am I as the customer supposed to know bodysuits are intimate if it was in the clothing section with everything else? Especially if bodysuits count as regular clothing items to pretty much every retail store in Canada.
Just avoid shopping here, the clothes are trash. Regret even buying an item from here in the first place.

HORRIBLE customer service

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered my clothing over a week ago and still have no shipping information on it so I don't have any idea where it is at the moment. I tried talking to a customer service lady who was completely useless, told me they couldn't help me until my order was 2 weeks late. When I ordered there was no notification that there would be shipping delays, I only found out after ordering through their website. It is so irritating that it could take 20 days for me to receive my order when the shipping estimate said it would take 5-7! I strongly recommend NOT ordering online at this time.

Ordered an item and they claim 5to 7 days for shipping. Sent me a mail when it shipped and even an estimated delivery date now its way past delivery date.After several calls and several chats still no solution .I would be relocating and their shipping time keeps contradicting itself. Their customer service is thrash .They basically act like they can't read your message and do nothing about your situation. Thrash thrash thrash would never do this again.

Unhelpful customer service, worst delivery

I placed an order online that was supposed to be shipped to store. I had been already waiting for 2-3 weeks for it to be ready for pickup, and have to wait some more because when i went to pick it up the store was shut down because it is relocating. It has been shut before my order even got there yet i did not receive even one email informing me about that (only that my order is ready). I received an email that i have xx days to pick up my order, and when i talked to customer service, the representatives are a waste of time. The agent kept telling me the order is ready for pick up and i have a day left to do so, while whole time i’m telling them I went there, but THE STORE WAS NOT THERE??????? Maybe if they read what the customers are asking this wouldnt be happening. F21 was always my to-go store for clothing and accessories, but idk… All this nagging is not worth it 🥴👎🏼

I don't know if they're going out of business or what, but I made 3 orders this week and every one went through on my credit card, and I got a confirmation email from F21, but each order was put on hold the following day, and then cancelled the next day. I called them, and when I finally got through, they said they had no idea what the problem might be, but that it was probably a problem with my bank.

After calling my bank and finding there was no issue, I redid the orders all over again, with a completely different card, and F21 again put each order on hold the next day with no explanation (just an email saying "Your transaction is on hold) and then cancelled each order the next day with no explanation ('Your Forever 21 order could not be processed')

This isn't the first problem I've had with them... and I've spent so much time dealing with this, I'm done with them forever. You know how much time it takes to pick out your items, etc., and put in your order! What a complete and utter waste of time.

They've completely lost me as a customer forever...I will NEVER attempt an order with them again. It was such a horrible experience.

This company is a complete disaster. And they absolutely don't value their customers. Don't waste your time!!

Here we go again!!

Here we go again!!! I ordered online from Forever21 and I NEVER received my order! FYI this isn’t the first time this has happened, but this is the last time I will be ordering from this company. I contacted Forever 21 four weeks ago asking wheres my package?!? They said “looks like it’s been lost, let’s issue a refund” called back the other day because I haven’t received an email from Forever21 in regards to the return! Customer service said I’d be getting an email in 48 hours. Not to worry… They lied! Called back yet again .. customer service said “ there was an error processing your return let’s try this again” i keep getting the run around. What a joke. Do not order from them anymore! Someone should sue this company because it’s a scam!
