This broker not worthy even a single star
This broker is not worth even a single star, They will manipulate the accounts if you were earning very good, as in my case me and my followers were deposited almost 10K USD and we were in profit of 6K-7K USD, and they manipulated the master account which is mine and they stopped the server without any proper information or communication and made it to loose the entire funds in all accounts. I have recorded each and every conversation and communication. Better to avoid these kind of scammers.

Go thru the mail chain of the above case #, I attached all the evidences.
I had received the mail mentioning about Memorial Day early market closing.
1.You didn't mentioned about the closing timings in the mail, instead of that you provided a link "Traders Calculator" to check the timings.
2.When I clicked the link it didn't showed anything to me about the timezone of the server and nothing relevant information it contains.
I took the video of mail and clicking on the link and what I could be able to see in the page, I took the video on my mobile and laptop as well and attached both in the mail flow
3. when I escalated the issue I got a call from person name Pankaj who is from customer support team and even he also tried to open in the same way from the mail and it didn't shown any server timings for him too. I have recorded the conversation as well. Then your team changed the endpoint url pointing to proper one.
And how can you say that overall result was positive, I was in a profit of 8k in all my follower accounts and just because of your early closing without any information, all trades are closed for 100-250$ profit when market re-opened, and after closing all, the trades were in non sync in all accounts it took total leverage and wiped out all accounts.
If you provided timings as per the mail and if link in mail shown properly, then I would have planned it accordingly on time.
I had attached all the evidences in the service request mail and still you are telling that the same you sent a mail to all your clients :)

Mentioning the timings in the mail without timezone, as a client what time zone should I consider? So do you want me to search in company clauses? Its a information in few words, that too you were asking the client to search in company clauses list and he needs to read 15-20 pages about company clauses rather keeping their works aside. Great!
Now you were saying CET timezone, in the service request mail chain they mentioned it as GMT+1( you can see in the mail chain on service request). Are you people aware or not of which timezone it is?
On 08/06/2023, you were saying that Traders Calculator was not working for a moment when am trying to check it. If this is the answer you can easily get the logs as well about when I logged in to Traders calculator since from 25/05/2023 and you can easily verify that I have visited the page with proper time zone details. Please share those logs, As am software architect by profession, I can understand it.
I didn't mentioned that I don't have access to my account. Please read the service request ticket carefully. I just raised it, there is no prior information in the sources as you provided through mail about early closing of the market. That day the scenario is like the forex market is running and trading servers has stopped early 90 minutes. My concern is every forex trader is able to enter and exit their trades in that 90 minutes, as am client of Forex4You you made me simply to sit and watch it. As a trader if I know this early closing prior or if you provided the relevant info, my planning to exit the trades was managed properly. You can see my trades how much I was in profit before 90 minutes and after market opened how it was.
As you said I got many opportunities, what does it mean? Do you want me to exit the trades with profit of 1444$ when I was 3000$-5000$ before you stopped the trading server? Its suggesting to your clients like Don't take too much profit as we stop the trading server any moment so exit for 100-200$ haha.

As a regular procedure, everyone will agree for terms and conditions, and who will expect the server time zones and server timings in terms and conditions?
Even after the major paragraphs written above still you not understanding my concern, am not asking the price of XAUUSD at you closed and opened time. Am asking the meanwhile 90 minutes time which you closed it very early. That's my question. I hope you understand now.
As if you said the price is worse if it is closed at 18.30, if informed the same in prior I would had planned it accordingly. Whatever I earned in 3 days till before shutting down the server and lost everything include mine and my followers capital just because of this.

During registration process you have agreed with our Legal documents, which are provided on our website, so you are aware of all Company’s rules and conditions, including working hours.
All information about your case was already provided on your email address and in forum’s replies. Notification regarding market early close was sent to you in time. Our Company provides its services in many regions, for this reason the time in the letter is stated according to the terminal time (CET).
The early closure for XAUUSD on 29/05 was at 18:30 terminal time. The last ASK price that was received from our liquidity providers was 1945.03. However, the market was open on 30/05/2023 at 00:00 terminal time at ASK price 1944.33, which is better for all your Sell orders. Later, some orders were closed at better prices than a price during 29/05/2023 between 15:57 (time of your last trade closure on 29/05) and 18:30 terminal time.
In case if the early closure would have taken place at your local time (IST), it would have happened at 15:30 terminal time, where the price is worse than the closing price at 18:30.
Also, please, note that the early closure is not a Company decision. All prices are received from our liquidity providers. Due to a Memorial Day, the last price that was received from liquidity providers on 29/05/2029 is the price at 18:30.

We would like to note, that all customers were informed well in advance, as the early market closing letter was sent on 25/05. In this letter we have specified exact time of early close. Please note, that all information about the time, specified in letters, on website or on instruments graphs of MT4 terminal, is specified for Central European time (CET). You can also get information about Company’s working hours in 1.6 clause of Client agreement, where Central European time is mentioned.
Indeed, on the moment when you have contacted us 08.06.2023 Trader calculator’s section on our website was unavailable for a short period of time due to technical reason. Situation was successfully fixed and from that time information is displaying correctly. Please note, that before 08.06.2023 Trader calculator’s section worked properly and you had an access to this page.
We would like to highlight, that you had a full access to your account, and there were no restrictions to manage your orders before market early close. 29/05 on your trading account #5777745 the last trade was closed at 15:57 terminal time. However, there were still 6 trades open, 2 of which were opened on 26/05. After 15:57 the best price for your orders for 29/05 was 1944.16, however you did not close them. Later on 30.05 you have closed part of your orders at better price of 1943.96.
In accordance to the above provided information, it follows that you had many opportunities to close trades at better prices than the prices before the early close on the XAUUSD instrument, which means that this earlier closing did not affect your trading and the trading of your 3 followers.
This information was also provided in our answer to your email address.
