This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. The surveyor who valued our property was clearly out of his depth, biased and required basic help from us to do his job. They are approved by VAS but do not let your bank nominate them as a company. They will take your money, produce a cut an paste report and undervalue your property as they will compare it with nonsense.
The surveyor who attended us valued an 8 bedroom mansion farmhouse with highest standard equestrian facilities on a 116 acre working farm with working buildings at less than £1.3M. He called it an 'equestrian smallholding'. Other surveyors are laughing at the report produced and the bank concerned is allowing us to get another valuation as it is clearly so very wrong. This is their first review which says a great deal about the professionalism of this company. For goodness sake - stay clear and do not go for a job there!
