Disappointing experience
We have ordered Juliet balcony from Forjj in mid October. The technical manger sent us the drawings and we have agreed on the measurements. After this, everything went downhill. The waiting time was quite long (just over a month) even that at the time of the order we were given an estimate of 15 working days. We also did not receive any updates: we had to call and ask for the update even on the day of the delivery. The worst thing was that on the arrival of the balcony we realised that it was made using the wrong measurements (not from our drawings) and that it was almost 30cm wider than agreed. This was very upsetting as we have already booked an installer for that day and scaffolding was arranged to come down soon after the installation. Although Forjj has accepted their mistake, apologised and processed a refund (it took them couple weeks to do that as they had to collect the balcony first) we have a bitter feeling. It is December now and we are waiting for another balcony from a different company with a delay in our project and all the extra costs on a top.
I hope Forjj will learn from their mistakes and other customers will not be in a similar situation.
