Absolutely shocking ordered my item on the 11th December paid for delivery for the 21st December after several ignored emails they finally responded offering a 5% discount and that it has been shipped on the 21st we’ll todays the 2nd of January and still haven’t recieved nothing I ordered it last year 😂

I ordered it on 12 December. It's now the first second of January and still don't have it and the tracking is worthless. And I paid for three day shipping. I paid an extra $13 for expedited shipping.

So first the size is a bit on the smaller size. I usually order a size up for bagginess. But luckily I lost 60 pounds cause the shirt wouldn't of got had I been the normal size I was used to....with that said it fits just not extra baggy. Otherwise I absolutely love it, it turned out better than I could have hoped! It was well worth the money I spent on it and I show it to everyone! They responded to my emails during the waiting process. And through in a pair of funny socks.

Paid for 3-5 day shipping on dec19th and still haven’t received my order they have no number the service is horrible do not order from them

I am one of the most easygoing, kind individuals you will ever meet. So when I say that not only is the product too small and not as advertised, 60 dollars was way too much. Not to mention that it took almost a month to get here. I’ve reached out countless times asking to stop shipping and for a refund to no avail. You should be ashamed. I will never order from you again.

I ordered 3 hoodie/sweatshirts with the same custom line stitching of our dog. 2 size large, 1 size medium, all 80%cotton/20% polyester. Only 1 of the 3 items arrived as ordered…the right size and fabric. The other 2 were both the wrong size and were both 100%cotton. I emailed the company (they have no phone #) and they responded quickly that they would remake the 2 items but asked if I would pay $30 for shipping Heck no! When I said no the next “offer” to fix their error was for $25 shipping. Will update how the finally respond and correct THEIR error…. why would the customer pay to fix their production error??

UPDATE: After 10 emails back-and-forth with customer support, they refused to deliver the items I ordered without me paying more. I am taking it up with my credit card company. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Interesting to note that all 3 had different tags / were different brands even though I ordered all the same item.

My daughter absolutely loves the hoodie I ordered with our puppies’s face on it. It turned out so cute that I ordered one for each of my sister in laws for Christmas. Everyone loved their gift!

received my order last week and I immediately wrapped it for my husband for Christmas. He opened it this morning for the first time and this was the first time that I had seen the finished product as well. I'm sad to say I'm extremely disappointed with the product I received, it looks nothing like that was promised when I ordered the item. There is nothing Custom about it. It was a small sticker of my dog pasted on the glass. When I ordered your product I expected a custom portrait of my dog. A small sticker ( not a customer portrait ) that takes up less then 1/3 of the glass is what I recieved.

After reading the reviews and seeing the beautiful items I was so excited and hopeful. When it was received, I was full of disappointment and the feeling of picking a scam website

Still waiting for my order, which was promised to arrive by Christmas. Like other customers I will not be using them again.

I ordered two things for my partner, a vintage tee with my name and face all over it and a custom embroidered hoodie with us dancing at our wedding and our wedding song. Both turned out great and were also sent at a reasonable time. I was really impressed with the quality, given that my partner is neurodivergent and very picky with fabrics. He loves them both!

The picture/drawing of our dog was really poor quality. Our beloved dog was hardly recognisable. The appliqué picture was slightly better. Was disappointed overall with the quality. The t-shirts look cheap & nasty.

This was meant to be a memorial item for both my children for Christmas from our beloved family dog. The clothing itself is a decent material but the drawing as a result, was literally laughable. This turned a heart felt gift into a joke.
I put great faith behind the advertisements you offered and trusted your team with this important piece. When uploading the pictures there is no preview of what it might look like, there is no email follow-up with an indication of what it might look like before it comes. I had no choice but to trust the item and I was greatly disappointed. Do not buy this product unless you want your family pet to be made fun of

I ordered 2 sweatshirts the middle of November and just got them over a month later. I have only received one of the 2 I ordered. The embroidery of my pets does NOT look like I would have expected. Very disappointed. I didn’t get a proof to make sure they were correct. The font used was not what I wanted. NOT worth the $100 I spent for Christmas presents. I will not be giving them out. My fault for believing it was a legit company. This company is based in china. I thought it was an American based company.

They responded fast to questions, paid for expedited shipping but got it at normal speed, hideous image replica, I have 2 stars because the quality in itself and response was not bad.

Satisfied with the product. Drawing met my expectations for the picture of my dogs. Would've love to have a better notification system to track my package. Had to go back to my previous email to track it instead of having a follow-up email.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. Horrible experience, ordered sweatshirts for family friends. First two arrive on their own, I ordered 4, and they actually looked ok, second two arrive later and are absolutely aweful. Exact same photo of the dog was used as reference and it’s not even close. Barely even looks like a dog let alone their dog. I have had to go back and forth with them now for two weeks trying to get replacements made. First they wanted to refund me 10%, then 20%, then they said they would redo it but I had to pay $30 shipping then it was $20 shipping when it says on the website it’s $14.99 for expedited shipping? So you want me to pay for you to fix your poorly made product and you are charging me more that what it normally costs to ship anyway? Save your money, don’t use this company. I wish o could include the photos for you to see

This company was amazing! The communication they give you is the best! Every time I had a question I would email them and I would get a response within the hour or same day, and it wasn’t an automated response. The warmth you feel and caring and concerns they show you make you feel like they care. I appreciate that so much. I would absolutely be ordering from them again!
