Ordered 5 ties for our wedding after ordering a few colour swatches.
Ties turned up just a few days after I ordered them, are the exact colour I wanted and are lovely. Very happy with our purchase, and the quick and efficient service.

Can't grumble speedy delivery great quality total satisfaction

I paid for next day delivery, and it came the next day so I was very happy. Bought a quality item and I cannot fault the service.

I had searched most of the internet outlets to find the appropriate colour accessories and shirt for a wedding guest. www. formaltailor had a large range of colours available and the perfect match for this occasion plus a large range of formal shirts at reasonable cost.
Within 2 days the goods arrived and fitted our requirements perfectly.
I was very pleased with the seamless shopping experience which replaced the physical strain of touring shops searching for the appropriate items. I would recommend anyone organising a wedding to use www.formaltailor to reduce any stress at this busy time.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and the quality was excellent - and so many colours to choose from, with easy option to add matching hankie and even cuff links - excellent!

The guys here are great, they have a personal rapport with you, making the experience even better. I needed an orange tie for a wedding I was attending to match the orange shoes I was wearing. I sent photos to Formal trailers via email and they came back to me with several options and even sent some samples out so I could really match the colour, they didn't charge me for these samples, the ones I didn't require I sent back. Email responses were quick, advice given was great. The tie I went with, which was the Miranda tie was a perfect match very bright and stood out, I received a lot of compliments for it. The delivery was extremely fast, I needed the ties in a space of 1-2 days and they arrived, in one day I was stunned by the excellent customer service. The buying experience was great and returns was easy.

This is a great company to use if your looking for an outfit that will standout. Quality of the tie and hanky are great. The only recomendation with the ties is to make the formal tailor stitching on the tie a smaller print, but that's my personal opinion.

I ordered a waistcoat and bow tie, the quality is excellent and the delivery was within a few days, I could not fault them.

Purchased waistcoat and it was delivered very promptly. It looks and feels good, seems well designed. The free bow tie that came with it was a bit flimsy and awkward to put on, but it was free and I wouldn't usually use and pre-tied anyway.

I saw what I thought I needed on the website and requested a swatch. It came the next day and I placed an order and paid. very efficient and user friendly. Only 2 days later my order arrived, well packed and exactly correct. A very pleasant experience and I would recommend Formal Tailor to anyone

I ordered a pocket handkerchief and matching cuff-links. The hankie arrived practically by return, but without the cuff-links.

I emailed to point out the error, received an apology and the cuff-links duly arrived by the next first class post.

I was buying several ties for my forthcoming wedding and thought id try this site. The first set weren't quite the right color so I got another set. After choosing the most suitable I sent the surplus back. The refund was in my paypal account within days. They were fast to deliver also. Can't fault them!

We were looking for cravats for our wedding and when they arrived the colour and quality was brillant they arrived so quickly

I am perfectly satisfied with the waistcoat. I paid for first class, recorded delivery and received a prompt email saying that it had been despatched. Whan it had not arrived after three days I phoned Formal Tailor and was told that this particular waistcoat takes three days for them to acquire and that it had not actually been despatched. I received it the next day ok.

Some admin needs tightening up...?
