My experience with Main Street Property Management was very disappointing. I was charged unwarranted fees, and when I voiced my concern, instead of working with me, they canceled my management contracts on both of my rentals. Just the month before, they had charged me $95 to renew a lease, and then I was forced to pay $600 to transition to a new property management company.
Working with Luke from Main Street was stressful, and his arrogance left me in a very difficult position. In total, I lost over $700 because of the way things were handled. I cannot recommend Main Street based on the lack of professionalism and the poor way I was treated.
After leaving Main Street, I moved both my rentals to Covewood Estates — and the difference has been night and day. Covewood has provided 10x better service at lower fees, and they’ve been fantastic to work with for both property management and selling.
Communication has been clear, professional, and responsive. They truly care about their clients and have gone above and beyond to help me recover from the difficult situation I was left in. I highly recommend Covewood Estates to anyone looking for reliable, fair, and professional property management.
