Brilliant product
Brilliant product, loved it from the start. I did have a faulty one which was quickly replaced with the help of an excellent customer services team member. Now I have a replacement which was quick and easy to sort. My skin has never looked and felt so healthy and soft wish i had got one sooner.

Best purchase this year
Been using this most days and the difference in my skin is not just visible but it feels so much better too. Less painful and unsightly breakouts, it's been a very successful purchase.

No complaints
It feels nice. Cleans well. And is quite easy to clean itself. I charged it overnight once and it has lasted almost 2 weeks (twice a day use) and is still going.
No complaints, so far worth the money.

My son has been using his for a week and is acne is looking less angry. Still lots of blackheads but not so visible.it came quicker than expected and the company were very good about keeping me informed

Not great. Cheap goods from China. Tried to cancel they wouldn’t let me even though they didn’t ship until 2 days later. Had to return at my cost still waiting for refund.

No update supposed to be 2 day delivery. Bought for a birthday present and was 2 weeks late. I know these are uncertain times but I only bought it as it said two days delivery. An email would have been nice.

Could buy the same thing on eBay
Personally this product had no benefit to my skin - it hasn't made it worse nor better. The product also did not come in any branded packaging and the box was slightly crushed when it arrived. I feel like I could have ordered the same thing on eBay for cheaper.

I was sent an unbranded product with poor information and it only lasted a couple of days. I complained and a replacement was sent out so let's see how long it lasts. It is a great product and leaves your skin feeling very smooth and energised.

The delivery took a while because of the whole corona thing so keep that in mind.
I have rosacea and have had poor skin most of my life. Rosacea doesn't like anything, so I was sceptical but this little contraption has changed everything.
It relaxes me both mentally and the muscles of my face. Just feels good.
My colour has evened out and my rosacea has calmed down a lot even the first time I used it.
Makeup applies more evenly because I have less acne and my skin is smoother overall.
Skin feels good to the touch. In combination with good hygiene and balanced rehydration I now have the best looking and feeling skin in my adult life.
