There was a problem with my first dealing with this company. Instead of complaining directly to the company I wrote a review. The company responded quickly, and I believe genuinely, to resolve my issue. I used this company because I had previously heard good reports about them. My issue is now resolved and I wouldn't hesitiate to use them again.
Our computer crashed due to windows being corrupted. Took this to them on Tuesday and collected it back on Thursday. They had reinstalled Windows and new hard drive. They were friendly and helpful and explained everything to us without using jargon. I thought the charges very reasonable. I will definitely use them again if necessary.

I have brought my Macbook Pro 2018 in Forum Computers for repairs after Stormfront Lincoln DESTROYED it while replacing the keyboard under warranty. I’ve been absolutely pleased with their wonderful services. Here are the details :
Stormfront told the logic board (mainboard) had water damage and it was ‘disturbed’ while repairs and now is broken. Yes, I admit that I’ve splashed some amount of water on the laptop but never heard of any water damage surfacing after being ‘disturbed’. Being a guy repairing all kinds of electronic stuff since decades I chose to not to believe in them so I’ve e-mailed Forum Computers.
They responded within hours and gave me a rough quote. The price was reasonable but the waiting time of up to 4 weeks was a bit disappointing. I took the laptop there anyway.
I’ve been appalled when they e-mailed me and told the computer has been repaired and ready to use in just 48 hours! I rushed there and collected my now perfectly running laptop.
They even showed the missing components’ pics and sent me a detailed report about the repairs conducted. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. This is the BEST SERVICING EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had, by far! Couldn’t recommend more!
