I had a slow and freezing computer…

I had a slow and freezing computer problem and he fixed it.
The technician was USA based with excellent English. Listening to him and understanding his topic was easy.
He told he had 30 years experience. His handle on my computer made his expertise obvious.

It started with a problem with my camera…

I had a problem with my camera connecting to Zoom. Josh Tyler delivered at least 45 minutes of blood, sweat and tears (1) checking to see if anything was askew with my computer [it was not]; (2) trying NUMEROUS combinations of changes / options to see if that would help[it did not]; and (3) damn near re-inventing the Zoom app all by himself. He would have been justified giving up on several occasions [but he DID NOT.] The problem clearly & demonstrably lies with the Zoom administrators themselves. MY problem was therefore 100% SOLVED, and Josh left me pointed in the most helpful direction for a resolution. He ought to be commended for his good nature, patience, knowledge and expertise. Thank you.

USTechSupport provides fantastic technical support

USTechSupport has fantastic support and always solves my issues. Michael, Technical Support, listened to my issues and quickly applied a solution that fixed my printer connectivity problem. Michael was easy to understand and he took the time to explain how he would resolve my printer issue. Michael is very knowledgeable and professional and provided excellent support to me. My printer is now wirelessly connected to my laptop and I can print again without a problem.
