The technician was easy to understand…

The technician was easy to understand and quicky got down to business. After running some checks he determined what the problem was and recommended a solution to which I agreed. He then quickly removed the problem-causing software and the problem was solved!

I Slughish performance

I struggled with my computer for a while, but when I renewed my subscription, I got a promotion including a trial for Technical Support. Then I called the IOLO and asked about the problem I was facing. They put me in contact with the technical support with Mr. Roderick who was very professional and solved the problem
