Not recommended for larger volumes

I have ordered over 100 parcels through Forward2Me, so I feel I can give a fair assessment. For 1–2 small packages, the service is okay. However, as soon as it comes to larger shipments, multiple parcels, or pallets, things go downhill quickly.
The support is slow and often unresponsive. Getting a quote can take up to two weeks, and when it finally arrives, the prices are not competitive with the market. On top of that, there are often days without any reply at all, only to then receive an automated email asking whether the ticket is still open. That's not the kind of customer service I expect, especially as a long-term customer.
I will ship out the parcels I still have stored with them, but after that I'll be looking for a different forwarding provider. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Forward2Me for anyone dealing with more than just the occasional small package.

A very good forwarding company

I have used their services a couple of times, super easy, low prices and when I needed their assistance, in their US warehouse, Aimee was there to help and fix everything. Will use their services again, the easiest way to buy from US and UK when the seller doesn’t post to your country. And with F2ME (when it can be used), at very good prices.

Five-Star Service! Fast, Professional, and Simply Phenomenal!

I am beyond impressed with the service I received at the Forward2me USA warehouse! My package arrived and needed to be expedited for shipping immediately. The speed with which they handled my request was absolutely incredible. I want to give a huge shout-out to Jus, who was a total superstar in assisting with my inquiry! I would use again

The processing time didn’t take longer than a few days. Very easy to work with. I don’t know about customer service since I didn’t need it. Shipping was very fast but expensive.

Due to recent changes in US import rules, we’re currently not able to offer postal services for low-value shipments to the US, and options are now limited to express courier services.

We always try to keep shipping as cost-effective as possible, but for smaller parcels this can sometimes mean the prices are higher than expected.

For future shipments, it may be worth consolidating multiple items into one parcel where possible, as this can help provide better value for shipping.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. We also apologise that your message wasn’t followed up while the agent was on leave, this is not the level of service we aim to provide.

I understand how concerning it must have been not receiving updates on your shipment.

In this case, the shipment was sent to a third-party parcel forwarding address. Due to customs requirements, the recipient acts as the Importer of Record in the importing country, and forwarding facilities are often not set up to take on this responsibility. This can lead to delays or shipments being held in clearance and often results in the shipment being returned.

For this reason, we generally do not recommend shipping to other forwarding companies and we do not usually offer this service to those types of addresses.

That said, we absolutely recognise that we should have communicated this more clearly and kept you better informed throughout. We are also reviewing our internal processes to ensure better cover when team members are away.

We will also follow up with you directly by email so we can look into this properly and help resolve the situation.

Forward2to me sent me a photo of my box before ship it to me. The deliver was relatilvely quick (from UK to north Italy) and the box was in perfect conditions.

Amazing Service

Needed to get a big bulk of car detailing products and used Forward2Me to ship them. Of course since it's liquids I had to submit some paperwork. I was in constant contact with Aimee and she helped me very fast and I got everything hassle free. Delivered the items to the German warehouse. Will definitely use again in the future

Perfection

They are an excellent company—attentive at every step of the way. Throughout the entire process, they send you regular email updates so you always know where your package is. If you are outside the USA and need to make a purchase, they are the best option; they have locations in Germany, the UK, and Japan. I recommend them 100%.

Probably won't use them again

Edit, I was going to remove an additional star, as I just received an Ai slop email in response to this review, trying to but not actually addressing any points made in this review. However, for taking delivery and forwarding safely, that's worth two stars at least.

I have used them in the past once for a smaller package which was fine, however my last order with them was for two big boxes.
* Emailing them, I received less than useless AI replies
* Selected combine service, items weren't combined and was charged for two deliveries with no explanation why
* I understand they need to make money, but there is no transparency when booking delivery on how much of the fee is delivery and how much is service charge
* Initial quoted postage charges was $100, this turned into $400
* Adding multiple items using their website was not as user friendly as it could be

We're real person, not an AI. I can see we’ve missed the mark on the high standard of service you experienced with your first shipment.

I completely understand why this was a shock. This usually happens due to Volumetric Weight. While a box might be light, carriers charge based on the space it takes up on the plane. If the boxes were large, the $100 estimate (likely based on actual weight) jumped once the dimensions were factored in. I am happy to provide the specific dimensions and the carrier’s volumetric calculation so you can see exactly where that cost came from.

We hear you on the lack of fee breakdown and the website’s "user-friendliness." We are currently working on a clearer billing interface so you can see exactly what is a carrier fee versus a service fee before you hit pay.

We use templates to speed up replies, but we are real human.
