They did absolutely nothing to help me they sided with the bank, in my opinion they are just as dodgy as bank west, don't trust them

FOS does nothing
Bank has breached a hardship agreement 3 times and FOS is allowing them 40 days to even respond. I am continuously being charged interest and fees by this bank when I am supposed to be charged none while on a hardship agreement. I will be charged many more fees within 40 days, and statements are incorrect by showing that I am late and over the limit, which affects my credit. FOS does nothing about breaches.

Beware! It's a circus.
Beware!, they'll attempt to close off your complaint quoting dubious reasons. e.g. No Jurisdiction is one of their favourites. Also, when I asked for example cases, hoping they would direct me to cases on their publicly available website, they simply refused to give details quoting "privacy reasons". After complaining to a senior manager, it turned out this was a "misunderstanding". Pro-business (Heavily biased towards the business). Use with caution!
Update (13 Dec 2017) - There appears to be some collusion with business's.
