Complete joke

Complete joke. Company needs shut down. Been 6 days and still no sign of my order. They are a scam and completly useless. Will be contacting my bank for a refund and the fraud department. ALso they tried to take payment for the same order twice. Stay away from this company.

I really like the designs of their…

I really like the designs of their watches. They are always trendy and the assortment is endless. Moreover, I think the price is quite affordable and anyone can buy a fossil watch for himself or as a gift. About the quality, I don’t understand much but I think it is the best value for the money. Maybe they are not the highest quality watches in the market, and I think they don’t even intend to be such a company. I think this company is more focused on providing fashion and trendy watches at an affordable price and decent quality.
So if this is what you need, then Fossil watches can be a good choice.

I would give less than 1 star if there…

I would give less than 1 star if there was an option.Ordered watch set ,set up for pickup at one of fossil's location.
Got the email for pickup when we reached there they said they don't have our order and that they do not have visibility of online orders .Asked us to call their customer service which is so hard to reach .After several attemps talked to them and they couldn't tell us where the watch is and said if it is not picked up in 7 business days money will be automatically refunded.Its been almost a month now we have neither received the qatch nor the refund.Do not buy from them online it's a scam and their customer service is pathetic.

Still waiting for promised refund

Purchased a new handbag for my wife for Christmas but as soon as she tried to use it we found the buckle was faulty
Item reported and returned to Fossil and refund promised within 14 days - but no sign of my refund and customer support are no longer replying to my emails - shockingly bad service so wont buy from them again!!

Terrible Company

Wish I'd read the reviews before buying.
Wow, what a terrible company, they don't deserve to be in business. My order still hasn't arrived after over 2 weeks, customer services can't give any updates. They keep telling me they will update me the next day and never do. Avoid these scammers.

The worst brand to order anything

The worst brand to order anything. I ordered a watch before christmas. It did nt arrive even after a month. Now I have been chasing them for refund which again is not done. They don’t update stocks and keep on taking orders online. Then starts the vicious cycle of fooling customers with status updates that don’t have anything concrete happening in the logistics chain. Need to work alot on their poor logistics and tracking. Con company

Still waiting to be refunded a month…

Still waiting to be refunded a month after fossil had received my returns. I’ve chased them twice and they promised that it’ll be issued soon.
And according to the website you can chat with them 24/7, but it actually won’t be available after 5pm on a weekday

Don’t buy from them

I ordered a watch before Christmas and then shipping box arrived empty. I was then told I had to sign a legal form to say this was the case before I could get a refund. On top of that they couldn’t just send me a new one I had to put a new order through. So I ordered again (as my partner really wanted the watch) and was told I would get a refund for the price difference as it had gone up. Well it’s now a month later and I still have no refund. I’m being told there are accounting issues and all different stories.

These guys are scammers. Wonder how much money they’ve kept from people who just give up trying.

A new fossil watch for the collection.

I've had fossil watches for years and own multiple (too many according to the other half). Recently order a smart watch which I have have previously had the hybrid. I'm impressed the quality. Delivery was estimated 6 days with non uk warehouses but arrived in 5 no issues.

I do find replacement straps a bit pricey

No delivery and still no refund

I ordered a watch from their own website last week, after the day my order was confirmed I got an email saying that "Due to reasons on our end, we regret to inform you that the following item(s) from your order #FSNL00044833 have been cancelled." There wasn't any information about the refund. After 2 days I sent an email, and they said they will do the refund on the 14th day after my email which is initiating the refund process.
Fossil cancelled the order itself and didn't even refund money after.
Although the issue is at their end, they expect you to start the refund process.
In their website, there is no policy about products that they don't even deliver to the courier or customer and cancel the order by themselves.

Only thing they say in every email giving 15% discount code, as if anyone would buy ever something after this kind of experience.

wish I read the review before ordering

wish I read the review before ordering. Placed 2 separate orders which I returned. Cannot return in store so had to ship. Have received confirmation on return being received and have yet to be refunded. Its been over a month. Every time I call to talk to someone, they say wait another couple days it should show up its been fixed. It has yet to be fixed and I am constantly having to call them and my bank. Such a poor customer service experience.

The worst product and worst service…

The worst product and worst service ever. It is my Mistake that I bought another hybrid watch and in less than 6 months it broke again with no reason and stopped charging. And when contacting their useless customer care. No response at all. Please don’t waste your money and time buying anything from them

If i can give no stars at all - the worst is Fossil

If i can give no stars I believe they deserve it. Fossil is really bad watch and their service is very bad and even no response for the last 5 days.
Don’t buy any of their products as really all are bad. I bought to hybrid smart watches from them over 2 years and each watch will not continue for 6 month and then it will break or lose its functionality

False warranty policy

Submitted my 2 month old hybrid watch for Crystal repair, it was my fault so I paid for it, waited 2 months and watch came back non functional had to send it back, waited 2 months more watch came back but start having issues with the module. Resubmitted again waited for 3 months, 1 month later again issues with module, send it again wait another 2 months later told me watch cannot be repaired and only offer me the amount I paid, which was offered at 40% because they did not repair my previous watch properly. Refuse to offer credit for full value of watch and now expects me to put more money in to get similar functioning watch. Just bucnh of crooks at fossil now cannot live up to their own policies. Worst customer service and ethics. Been a customer for 13+ years but now done with them forever.

Charged for items they cancelled!

Like previous customers, I placed an order then received an email saying some of those items were out of stock. Was offered a 15% discount code as an apology. This was all fine, these things happen and I was really pleased with the rest of the order that did arrive.

However over a month later and I have been charged for the 2 items that Fossil cancelled, yet I've never received the items! There must be some sort of glitch on their end as why charge us for items they cancelled weeks and months later? Have emailed, no response and can never get through on the phone.

If your order goes to plan, it's a great company to purchase from, but if you have an issue.... Goodluck getting it rectified.

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Place an online order back in October. Was charged a fraction of the price through Klarna. This was rectified and I paid the outstanding balance and I have been harassed for further payments since. I have had various conversations with difference employees who have stated that the balance has been paid and I was even due a refund! I am getting more emails stating that I now owe a negative balance. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never shop at fossil again. The quality of products and packaging does not reflect the price either! Cheap!

Replaced broken watch

Replaced broken watch
I had a watch I bought on sale which broke. When I sent the watch in for repairs, it couldn't be fixed so they let me choose any watch from their range up to my original watch's RRP despite me having paid less. The replacement watch arrived today and it's beautiful! Very good customer service.

If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered a bag using a 30% code. 5 days later after receiving no information I get an email to say the order has been cancelled but as a gesture of good will they will offer a 15% off code. So I can order a different bag with less discount? - no thank you. They refunded me for the order and I bought a bag elsewhere. Case closed. Not. 10 days later they’ve charged me again for this order?! Bad enough that they cancel orders and won’t match the original discount used but to then help themselves to my money when they feel like it - appalling. I’ve never known anything like it. This is currently unresolved. When this is resolved I will update this.
9th Jan: Still awaiting refund. After multiple emails chasing the refund I received this “ the accounting team has gotten back to us and sadly we are having some technical issues with the refunds of the UK these days which will imply a bit of a delay in regards with your refund”
