They are scamers.
They promise you reduced taxes structure,
Then you pay 3000€.
Then they tell you It can not be done, you can do another structure with them, paying more, but It won't be helpful to reduce taxes.
They look helpful, but they already got the money, their solution is paying more to get something you don't realy need.
