Opportunistic and not customer-oriented
Based on my experience I can't recommend buying second hand photo gear from Foto Fina. It looks like a rather opportunistic merchant, so buying can be a bit of a gamble.
I Purchased a Leica Summilux lens from Foto Fina over the internet. The lens was priced at the higher end of the used market and described as being in best possible technical condition (technical rating 1). However, on arrival I found it was not that great at all: the focusing ring was rotating with varying effort like after an impact, and the focusing tab was loose and wobbly so it would fall of soon if not fixed. The lens clearly required to be repaired and serviced by Leica.
When I carefully and politely explained the issue to the seller and attached a video demonstrating it, he went denial of any fault and refused to compensate me on either repair or return costs, despite the online platform confirmed that it was his responsibility.
At the end I decided not to waste my time arguing with the merchant as it would only make us both sad and just returned the lens to them at my own expense.
Later Foto Fina suddenly decided and refunded my P&P expenses. Well, thanks for that at least.
