Still waiting on my order to be send, no response from their customer service.

Placed a large order. One item was out of stock and would arrive a week later. Then the package would be send.

First, this item took way longer to be in stock. Now weeks later I get an email that the stock has changed. Now the item I was waiting for is in stock, but another item on the list is not anymore. Why don’t they reserve the other items??? Now I have to wait for another 3 weeks.

Very disapointed, especially as there is zero communication about this. I really needed the camera parts I ordered and now waiting for several weeks already.

Only bought from them online but the range of products, availability and delivery has been excellent. Hope to visit the shop one day.

Well I could say so many Bad things about this shop... I think its time to share them.

I was a regular customer for around 6 months. I was buying all my film there and also Dev-Scanning. After a big bunch of bad experiences being treated really bad (mainly by the long hair old man but also other employees) I really promise myself to avoid spending my money there.

Yesterday I needed to buy just one roll of Cinestill 400D and I was one minute away from the shop so I check the website to see if the film was available and it was so I went. When I arrived I noticed they change the distribution of the shop and all the 3 employees were new to me, I had a good feeling in that moment that lasted just a few seconds.

After waiting for my turn I politely ask for a roll of Cinestill 400D and I pointed with my hand where it was since I could see it from the counter. Then the employee looked at the shelf and told me that it was not available, then I told her yes they were there to which she replied no that it was 120 and not 35mm. ( I could see from the counter there were 35mm).

So then I told her that I had looked on the web and that it was available to which he told me that they had not updated it.. All cheap lies. She simply didn't want to sell me the film for whatever reason that crossed her mind and it's not the first time this has happened to me here.

I have solid conclusions after more than 30 visits over the months.

1-Racism is there in many shapes. They treat you different according to your nationality. Yes, this happens here. In a Analog Photography Shop in the city center of Berlin.

2-But not only that, the long hair old guy treats you different if you are male or female, I have seen it many times.

3-They don´t sell you products that are available maybe for the reasons above.

4- They lost films and negatives pretty often. No apologies. Never. Is always customers fault.

5- 90% of the times they treat you with arrogance with bad manners.

Something is really wrong here. its very Sad.

I rather prefer to take photos with my phone than spend my money here.

I received help from the sweetest young girl, who took her time helping me pick out the right film for my analog camera, and even teaching me how to load the camera and checking in the dark chamber to see, if everything worked as it should. Perfect english too!

Online shop is excellent. No complaints.
Even if some items are not available you can contact shop and they will order it.
Physical store however is super busy all the time and actual status of items that is visible online often times not true. Happened to me a few times, when i saw item available on store, but actually there were missing..

I went to this shop many times and spent hundreds of Euros there during the year in which I studied analog photography in the nearby Neue Schule für Fotografie, and every time I had a very negative experience. Yes, they do have a lot of material for the dark room, but the people working there definitely chose the wrong job if they don't know how to interact in an acceptable way with clients. And with this I mean something very basic, like don't make fun of foreign customers whispering in German and laughing at them just in front of their face and don't act super annoyed because I am asking to buy a product or I have a question. I read many other similar experiences here and on Google, so it's not just me, but them. I feel bad about the only one of them who served me once and was kind and professional (which should be normal, but it looks like an exception in this shop), so thank you mister with short hair and glasses for not making fun of me and for not making me feel uncomfortable for being there buying your products. The other man and the lady will stay in my brain in the little box of unpleasant memories from Berlin.

Superb. The go to shop for 35mm Film. I placed an order and it arrived within 1 week (I'm in the UK). Shipping is very cheap and the film itself is the lowest price you'll find anywhere. Huge range of stock. Very pleased.

*Just be aware of the newly introduced VAT and customs fees. My £200 order had nearly £50 taxes added on.

Totally legit. A professional store selling almost everything regarding photography.

great range of products for the analog camera.. Fotoimpex is the go to place for when I want film for any of the cameras and the processing equipment..

Knowledgeable staff and fast delivery.

I've bought a lot of film and accessories from Fotoimpex. Price wise it's very good, they offer pretty much anything that a film photographer needs and shipping cost is low (at least for my country, Croatia). Sometimes certain films are out of stock but that has NOTHING to do with them, it's globally supply-demand problem.
Very well packed and shipped with DHL. No problem. Great communication, just ask them whatever you want to know.
When it comes to film photography these guys are tough to beat :) Highly recommended store.
