Great service arrived when I was told it would,
Purchased as a Xmas gift for my 9 year old who was absolutely delighted with it,
Really easy to assemble,
Will defo use this company again and will defo recommend to anyone who is going to purchase a bike

This was the first time I used this …

This was the first time I used this company. There was a glitch in the system on placing my order & ended up paying twice. I emailed the company who swiftly responded and refunded the overpayment. Goods arrived promptly and in time for Xmas. I would not hesitate using the company again. Excellent support. Thank you

My items took nearly a week to arrive even though I paid for them to be delivered in 1-2 days, so I’m not that impressed

Im sorry your item took so long to be delivered. Ultimately this time of Royal Mail can struggle just like the rest of the couriers due to the volume of parcels. We do our best to dispatch all orders same day or next working day if ordered after 3pm. Anyway thanks again for leaving a review. Im sorry Royal Mail couldn't deliver on schedule on this occasion.

Christmas present panic

Totally amazing service! Mike was fantastic, as a parent knowing almost nothing about the workings of a bike and being anxious about purchasing one online, he answered all my emails promptly, offering to build it for me to collect from store or to send it to us with the tools for me to complete with minimal work. He was helpful on the phone when I rang just to clarify how I would assemble and receive the bike, which once ordered arrived in secure packaging 2 days after ordering .All in all a reassuring service that means I can rest assured that on Christmas morning I’ll have an extremely happy Son. This is definitely a guy and company i’ll be recommending. Many thanks for your help Mike it is much appreciated

Great store and great person

Great store and great person!

The owner helped me out in anyway possible and could've let me pay for my item in multiple payments but I ended up having the money so I bought the item straight away.

Also has a great YouTube channel. Would love to see more riding videos with friends and stuff.
