The Mobile Cloakroom coat peg system was made to an excellent standard. We are so pleased with the item. The craftsmanship was superb. It was very robust. Customer service was friendly and professional. We would use this company again and would definitely recommend them.

Exceptional Customer Service
We bought a coat and bag trolley for our nursery from Foundation Furniture Ltd. Delivery was quick and we were very pleased with it. It is sturdy, well made, good design and attractive. Very effective.
After about 6 months of very heavy use, the castors started to fail. When we contacted the company, they immediately sent replacements.
Unfortunately they failed again after a further 6 months. The company were again really responsive. Despite no other customers having this problem with the castors - and therefore it is probably to do with how we are using it (we have to wheel it through a room, over a metal lip and out onto concrete every day) - the company have supplied us free of charge with larger, heavier duty castors, which are working brilliantly.
Great product and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.
