Bad quality and customer service doesn't reply

I ordered a set of towels. Took ages to arrive, no order confirmation or tracking, customer service never replied. No phone number to call. Upon arrival the towels looked great, but after the first wash and dry according to the label, they shrunk completely out of shape , they keep losing a lot of fluff as well. We emailed the customer service , again , never received a reply let alone a refund for these expensive towels!!

Love it! Real luxury. My cotton addiction.

Love it! Great quality, crispy and super feeling on my skin. Got my first set a few years ago, and when we moved in to our newly renovated home, I decked out all the beds with these bed linens. Percale.

I really like that the customer service is: GREAT . What happend… I accidentally bought the wrong size…my bad.. They sent me the right sizes within two days! All in time for our family to enjoy the guest room.

I keep getting compliments. On our towels, they are the fluffiest. And yes it does make me feel great that the company does this donation thing. Giving back makes me feel good too.

And they gave me a personal discount code (but for real: with my name) for towelsets next time. Will use that for Christmas!
