Pretty much the same experience as the person below me.

Ordered a coat at the start of December. I heard nothing and had it stuck on pending for the longest time, despite my money being taken.

I lost track of the amount of emails I sent to them with no answers, and the phone number didn’t work.

I eventually got a response and told it is now processing and will ship very soon. I received it eventually Mid January after messaging them requesting a refund. I was told it was sent out instead of giving me the refund.

During all of this I ordered myself another coat because you know, it’s winter and freezing! The coat turned up despite me asking for my money back. I have since tried to register a return and again no response.

Don't order from this site. I purchased a £70 coat from them and it just sat on "pending" for an entire month with no further follow ups or emails. When I contacted support to chase up on this there was no reply. I had to raise a payment dispute with my bank in order to get my money returned to me.

Completely avoid them, they're just a scam site hoping you forget that you ordered anything at all so they can pocket your money.

I ordered on Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday. The coat is good quality and was packaged really well.

Placed an order for a pair of shorts on 21 June 2023. After a few weeks the order was still pending so I messaged asking for an update or a refund. Completely ignored. I've now had to ask my bank to intervene to get my money back.

Placed an order November 27, 2021 paid for international shipping as I am in Canada. The charged my visa sent me an email on December 3,2021 and I still have not received anything. I have emailed inquiring several times on my order and no response. Don't get scammed like I did if you are not from UK. They don't appreciate business that is not local or their web customers. I have now emailed and request a full refund as it is now been 3 months and I have heard nothing since their first email. THI WEB SITE IS A SCAM!!!!!

I had a nose piercing here for £20 which had the wrong jewellery for my nose which opened a wound and made a right mess so I removed the jewellery. I called up and asked if I could have it done again however they insisted I had to pay. I feel they have cheated me out of my money as the needles and jewellery cost next to nothing compared to the price they charge and all this was 2 days after having it done.

I've ordered from Fourleaf clothing a few times now and will certainly be ordering again in future. Really good selection of clothes and accessories sold, and all at really reasonable prices. Have contacted a few times to discuss orders/items/refunds and responses are always super speedy and from really friendly reps. Delivery was super quick. No issues at all with these guys and will certainly be back and ordering again soon :)

I am pressing from out of country and mutt delivery address is different from my billing address. So I present certain difficulties to any company like this. Their support staff were very friendly and extremely quick at solving any issues I had. Also they always have the best prices online of all the sites I shop at not to mention the best promotions. Every time someone compliments new in what I'm wearing this is the site I tell them about.

I wish there was a fourleaf clothing store near me because I would buy everything. It's really a shame that the clothes I love are not sold more in America but whenever I order something from this website it comes faster than most other uk sites I've used before. The dress came fast and it's perfect. (:

It was the only site we could find the jacket my daughter wanted. I was thrillrd with the shipping updates I was given. I was concerned because it was shipped so far away. I really appreciated being able to convert the currency.

This shop sucks. I asked a question IN ADVANCE about an item to make sure that the image shown on the page would match the final product. I received a quick answer, even on a Sunday. Very strange indeed! They confirmed me that the article would match the photo and i ordered with a reliefed feeling. When the item arrived it DID NOT MATCH AT ALL and i was so disappointed that the guy answering my email lied to me. I wanted a refund and they told me to send the item back first which i refused. The shipping was more expensive that the item itself and why should i pay when the shop makes a mistake. It was their fault, so they are responsible for rectifying it. DAMN ROBBERS!

I am really happy with my trade in fourleafclothing.co.uk, there is nothing to put a finger on.
