Ella Berry was the sales person we dealt with, she was very friendly and helpful. We’d initially booked a test drive of a Nissan- my only criticism of FOW is that if you’re allowing customers to view and test drive cars, they should be prepared. The Nissan we viewed was filthy and we decided against test driving it. We told Ella we weren’t impressed and she showed us similar SUVs on her computer and got us keys to look around, again, some were not prepared, but FOW redeem themselves with the volume of cars available. She found a nice looking Kia and when we started it the AC came on ice cold which was lovely as it was 32 degrees on the forecourt. We wanted to test drive it (although it wasn’t the car we’d booked to drive) and Ella got it all ready for us. The car really sold itself. Ella upsold extended warranty without it feeling pushy like some other garages. She was knowledgeable and gave us time to make a decision on whether or not we needed it. Ella was a lovely young lady and a credit to FOW. Honourable mention to the chap who worked in the coffee shop! Didn’t catch his name but he made a lovely latte (even made me an iced one which was needed in the heat) he had grey hair in a bit of a top knot, and had a rainbow T-shirt the first time I was served by him! He was very friendly and has some lovely tattoos! The turtle with the crown being the one I noticed. I hope you can pass on the recognition to him without a name as he was a very cool guy!

I can't recommend Geoff Rollins highly enough. I was actually on my way out after not finding the right car when I met Geoff. Instead of giving me the hard sell, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for. We chatted about the cars I'd already test-driven at other dealerships, and he explained why I hadn't enjoyed driving some of them, which really helped me understand what would suit me better.

I'd looked at the Nissan Juke a couple of times before, but I returned to test drive it with Geoff. I was quite apprehensive about driving an automatic after a disappointing experience the day before, but Geoff patiently explained everything and put me completely at ease during the test drive.

At no point did I feel under any pressure to buy. In fact, we talked about all sorts of things—everything except a hard sell! Geoff genuinely believes in finding the right car for his customers rather than simply making a sale, and that really shows.

Geoff is a credit to FOW. He's friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right car, I'd highly recommend asking for Geoff.

Wish I’d gone here sooner. After having terrible experiences with other garages I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend FOW Trafford. All the staff have been great and have been quick to resolve anything needed (car needed to go in the garage for something which was no hassle).

Great place with amazing variety to choose from. Nothing too push but once you decide you being looked after very well. From the start to finish great experience. If you choose the one in Cheshire go to Ashley Tomlinson you will be looked after very well . Highly recommend.

You’re made to feel welcomed and any questions you have they will find the answer you get stuff explained in detail if you don’t understand and the staff are extremely nice and professional

When we arrived to collect the vehicle there was a problem with taxing the vehicle. Mike Brown our contact went above and beyond to alleviate the problem taking me to the post office twice to sort it out. He was friendly and courteous and concerned about our long wait in the extreme heat.

The service was very good and I was fortunate to find my new vehicle quickly .
The staff were helpful and understanding of my needs. All in all a good experience and I am delighted with my car.

Poor service and rude staff .

Fords of Winsford were great from start to finish. Carla and Ryan were both fantastic- friendly, approachable and really helpful throughout the whole process of looking for a first car for my son, Sion. They made buying the car so easy and stress free, and Sion is really pleased with his first car purchase. The vehicle was in immaculate condition.
