Recently bought €700 + worth items from foxford woollen mills after I received them I kept what suited the rooms I had chosen the items for a returned what wasn’t suitable ie didn’t go with the decor of the room. I received and email from Liona stating that because I opened the packaging that they would take 20% off the refund price of the opened items. These items have been sent back in perfect condition. She too used COVID as an excuse. Think twice before you buy...policy or no policy this is wrong. The items have been returned in perfect condition.
