Absolutely perfect!
Everything I have ordered from Fox & Moon has always been sent on time and has been amazing quality, I think I have all the planners now!

I adore all fox & moon products! They have been keeping me organised for years! I love that you can personalise the diaries which have made fab gifts too.

Customer service is second to none, I got my products days after ordering. They work so so hard!!

Ordered from these guys a few times! It’s a small business, So they’ll often be packing orders on Instagram stories and giving updates on how long it’s taking to get things out!

Been buying from this small buisness for years now and they're absolutely amazing. Customer service has always been spot on and I won't shop anywhere else. Amazing quality and service ❤️ they are a small buisness and with constant struggles with covid and royal mail etc they're doing their absolute best.

It’s a shame seeing the below review when I placed an order around the same time. I understood that it is a small family run business with the owner and the colleague having a small family. It is a SMALL business. People have real lives too. Unfortunately that also means that when the owner reads reviews like that it will no doubt upset them. I cannot rate this website highly enough having been a customer since the early days. I have watched it grow from her dining room to what it is today.
Short of hand delivering orders the business is reliant on a delivery service. Sometimes things go wrong with that delivery service… that is not fox and moons fault.
Maybe when using a small business just trying to make it in this tough times people should adopt a bit of patience and understanding.

Absolutely amazing! Been ordering from fox and moon for years now, the products was amazing quality and beautifully designed, they really do keep me both organised and motivated! Wherever I take my planner it always gets commented on! The service is amazing! It’s mainly been a one man show with Tory on her own a lot but you wouldn’t know it! Orders are out fast and efficiently!

Lovely quality items and very good prices for what you get.

Delivery is always quick, I ordered numerous times and when I ordered through the Christmas/covid period it did take a little longer, which was said a few times via her social media’s and website but was well worth the wait.

Fab company, reasonably priced and always quick delivery. Even during the unprecedented times we find ourselves in I can’t fault the service and speedy processing. Two years running I’ve bought an annual planner and it’s helped me organise my life a little better, I also bought my friends annual planners for Christmas to help with their weightloss journeys and they’ve loved them so far!

The planners are great, they look perfect and really do help when you are trying to lose weight - and delivery is always made within promised time scale.
