These are lovely but the sizing is off- I ordered a size 11 but these are definitely not an 11. They run very small - they are made in China which explains why. I wish the size was made to North American standards.

As usual, FOXXYTOES DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Slides are beautiful and the quality is excellent!!!

I’ve waited a month for them to confirm my order and process it, still haven’t received yet but currently now on the way after sending bare emails

HORRIBLE !!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ONE OF MY SLIDES HAD A WHOLE PATCH OF FUR MISSING WHERE I COULD SEE THE PATCH CLEAR AS DAY! ALSO ONE SLIDE HAD MORE FUN THAN THE OTHER!!! WASTE OF MONEYYYY

They’re so cute the size is perfect, only thing is my feet are skinny and the strap holding the fur is a little loose, it is stretchy tho for anyone larger but it doesn’t make it hard to walk in or anything but I wouldn’t wear these to walk too far like I would with other comfy slides.

Did not get a reply about a product that I ordered that went out of stock, still waiting for a reply. ordered a week ago and still has not been shipped.

i put in my correct address & it still got sent out to the wrong address… haven’t received my order yet & i reached out & no response so far. also, i wasn’t informed that my order got sent to the wrong address, i just had to check with the tracking number bcuz in my email it said it had been delivered, but nothing was in the mail. i’m disappointed bcuz i’ve ordered from here before & there was no problem. i do understand the mistake, as things may be busy & it was an accident, but i also paid for them & not tryna waste my money on orders that can’t be delivered to my properly.

I think the customer service is horrible. Slides arrived with the fur on one Slide twisted and really looks terrible And The other slide makes a noise with every step. I told Belinda Fu and she seemed ok but I can't get any reply from customer service via email. Messenger or online site live chat. I am not sure why but the return address label on my package is not correct, Canada Post told me that so all I want is the proper shipping address. I guess my time means nothing because I have been ignored for weeks now. Crap service and the slides I recieved...no good at all
I m feeling ripped off. BBB is the next step and social media and sezzle. I paid for mine but they accept sezzle for payments so maybe sezzle should consider the stores which they have on their site. I only write this review because I have tried too many times for a reply.

Communication was a little difficult.. i love the slides! I went up a full size and the slides just fit so they do run small in my opinion!
My order was ready for pick up right after i paid, but like i said communication wasn’t the greatest and took a week for me to pick up my order.

Great customer service ! Delivery was quick & my slides are soo fluffy and cute

I loved that when I ordered my slides that I got them within two days and the slides look exactly how they look on the website 👌🏾

The sizing was wrong for me. We even went a size up and it was to small. I asked to exchange them for a lager size and the company said NO! I’m disappointed how there customer service is. I’m disputing this as we speak with my credit card.

Also the color isn’t the same like on the pictures. Well for one pair it isn’t.
I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

It makes a weird noise when I walk. Cute but I can’t wear them because the noise
