Hi 👋 to anyone wanting a new bathroom, well I strongly recommend Scott’s company FPS Bathrooms and WOW what a job I got done to mine, my old bathroom ripped out completely to the brick.But firstly Scott came to my home measured up the way my new bathroom would be like ,then we sat down, then I knew Scott would get the job because he was clear about what he was doing took his time to explain things, gave me a price then we shook on it, it was the best £6k I’ve invested in my home,the fitter Michael who did everything except the electrical work was amazing he was tiday , careful and and done everything to perfection , also I’ve got to give a mention to David who worked along side Michael, they were both a joy to have at home doing the job , workmanship was excellent,Scott even took off another £100 the price becoz we needed an adjustment and an extra piece of furniture which was’nt forseen I cant thank him enough for his ideas in giving me a showroom bathroom , and to Michael the plumber , tiler, fitter and also who laid my flooring thank you , your a genius and a great worker , I would have you and David back anytime, so yes I would highly recommend Scott FPS Bathrooms it’s a no brainier 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍

Had our bathroom from fps a couple of weeks ago. The bathroom always looked small and dull. But now with Scott's help picking the right furniture and extra lighting the bathroom looks so much bigger. And the quality of work is top notch also.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Amongst a multitude of serious mistakes made, the main reason is that the owner, Scott, lunged at me, screaming and swearing. He had to be physically removed from my flat by another tradesman.
I have since got another plumber in to rectify all the mistakes made, which were:
- They diverted shower, toilet and sink waste into a RAIN pipe – yes - rain, not a waste pipe
- Used water pipes instead of waste pipes
- Used the wrong size of pipes, the pipes they used were significantly too small
- Used 3 right hand bends within the pipes instead of a curve
- Was told by Scott I needed scaffolding for a week, which I got. This ended up not being used. When I made it clear this was not coming out of my pocket, this is when he lunged at me.
They also often left my toilet in my main bathroom in a disgusting state, which is extremely unprofessional.
When my husband called Scott about the issues, he was, again, shouted and sworn at then hung up on.
Thankfully, no one had used the new toilet yet, as these issues arose so quickly, but seeing brand new carpet, floor boards and bathroom tiles ripped up was an awful experience.
So all in all the worst tradesmen I have ever encountered, and hopefully this review stops anyone having to go through what we did.

Good price quoted .also Scot guided us through.the various options to get the best outcome in our bathroom upgrade would never have believed bathroom could be so well transformed .as ours is a very old house so not a straightforward job by any means so thanks again to all the team

I was delighted with the good, helpful advice, very professional, friendly service and excellent quality of finish of the project. The new bathroom is completely transformed, and it was all stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his team at FPS.

We contacted Scott to give us a quote through a personal recommendation from someone we know. He met my partner and explained everything that needed doing very clearly and gave us an outline of the costs involved. He made personal suggestions regarding the suite and fittings from the catalogs provided. We chose FPS because we thought the quote was very reasonable and Scott came across as very professional. The suite he suggested for us was exactly what we wanted.

When the work began we were away for the week but felt totally comfortable giving Scott the keys to our flat. There were some inevitable difficulties with the job but Scott and the fitters kept us well informed and resolved them with a minimum of fuss.

The standard of work from FPS was excellent and we are delighted with the results.

We used FPS Bathrooms 3 years ago to update our en-suite and they done a fantastic job..We therefore had no hesitation in contacting FPS Bathrooms when we required more work done.
On both occasions we have been delighted with the results.
This time out fitters were Michael and Steven who have done a fantastic job renewing our family bathroom and downstairs WC. From the very start when Scott helped design the new rooms to the end when Mike and Steven were finished they carried out a thoroughly professional job. The fitters could not do enough to help and our house was left spotless at the end of each day.

From the very first time we met with Scott, we were confident we would be 100% happy with the finished result and we were not disappointed. Scott left us with a complete breakdown of costs and dates and a plan of our new bathroom. He guided us through what was right for us and listened to what we needed and has the patience of a saint! Michael and David, our fitters, were a pleasure to have in our home, nothing was too much trouble and they made every effort to minimise disruption to our home. Scott was in constant contact and visited frequently during the works to ensure we were happy and had a solution on hand for any surprises! The work was finished as per the quoted cost and was completely finished, we didn’t even need to put our blind up! The overall finish was excellent, the level of service was outstanding, FPS made me feel a valued customer and my satisfaction was their top priority. I would not hesitate to recommend FPS.

A nice bunch of guys, and a cracking job done in the end up...both my wife and I are happy with the end result.
The job did start late (on the Friday rather than the Thursday) as the previous one overran by a day; I understand these things happen.
Starting late and missing orders did force our job to overrun by a good bit also which wasn’t ideal from our point of view.
A bit of follow up regarding some sealing etc but Scott was very helpful in arranging to get this sorted for us.
Overall we are very happy with the end product.

Michael , the plumber was a good and honest plumber, Scott who carries out the planning and organises the job is good and presents sleek but when there's a problem that's when he changes his colour. i We paid a lot of money only to have no guarantee or paper work at the end of the day for our shower. So I contacted Scott several times who was clearly not happy , he became quite sarcastic in his responses. In the end he sent me a link to the apparent company who supplied the shower for me to fill in expecting me to know the code of the shower etc . This job was extremely expensive. Scott sorry you might want to reply as to why I have no guarantee as I have yet to be told.

If you are planning to change your bathroom, I would highly recommend you use FPS Bathrooms as your first choice. I have found the craftsmanship is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. In fact they make it their mission to make sure, you as a customer are very happy and everything they do is finished to a high standard.

Scott talked us through all our options and pointed us in the right direction . Work started when it was scheduled , went on a wee bit longer than was predicted . This was not due to the workers but our old and complicated pipe work .Michael and David were excellent workers , quiet , polite and very tidy . Electrician and painter were also efficient .

Throughout the time of the work I was made aware of what was happening , little but important things like 'where I wanted this' or suggested that 'that might be better this way'. I was particularly impressed with the eye to detail of how aspects of the job were finished, to the extent that an extra day was worked to ensure the the floor tiles were settled in.

Overall service was excellent. From planning through to implementation the team were there making sure that we didn’t make any dumb decisions and helping us when the inevitable small shifts were required as things didn’t quite fit in as first planned! The main thing that made us go forward with FPS was Scott’s ‘yes’ attitude to all our ideas. Nothing could not be done and options were laid at the table at each point to make sure we had the bathroom we wanted. Really pleased with the end result! Thanks to the whole team that made it happen!

From the moment Scott from FPS visited our home until his fitting team Kryss and Rafa completed the work, our experience with this company was first class. We had our old internal bathroom pulled out and remodelled into a fabulous new contemporary shower room. A week later, as planned, Kryss and Rafa returned with their “can do” attitude and remodelled our bedroom ensuite which was a particularly difficult job. Nothing was too much bother and Kryss made sure that I was updated on how things were progressing at every stage. They tidied up each day before leaving and were thoroughly courteous to ourselves and our neighbours. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. The transformation and quality of workmanship of my bathroom and ensuite is excellent. Thank you Scott and your team.

From start to finish the standard of work was fantastic. The
workmanship and attention to detail brilliant.
I cannot recommend FPS highly enough.

FPS replaced my bathroom, Scott's knowledge was very helpful in assisting with the layout and practicalities of such. Was able to provide a clear and understandable quote and give a date for the start works which was adhered to.

Really pleased with the outcome of the work, Mike was very helpful in ensuring there was minimal disruption and that the layout was as wished. Both tiler and decorators work were such that have asked them to quote for other areas of the house.

'A DREAM COME TRUE'
I have always wanted a downstairs toilet and shower room for mobility reasons but was never certain it was possible. Scott came out and was happy to investigate installing an ensuite in my downstairs bedroom. This was not an easy task since I had an old immersion tank and a Gas Wall Heater to be removed together with a concrete kitchen floor as a hindrance to water supply. From start to finish, Scott and his team were willing to shrug off and deal with every obstacle with patience and professionalism. Michael Cox and David who fitted the ensuite were so hardworking, good humoured and patient with all my questions that I actually missed them when they finished. Brian did a great job of plastering my remaining bedroom and now that the décor has been completed, I am over the moon with my new accommodation., Thank you so much FPS and all who work there.
