Product Affordability and Professional Customer Service
What made my experience great is the fact that I was able to buy my favorite perfume for my Mom and I at a reasonable price. The affordability of the products definitely makes a difference in comparison to other companies, backed by the percentage discounted offers available to customers upon purchase.
Also, I loved that I was able to replace a damaged and leaked product I received promptly. The customer service representative was very professional and courteous. One thing though. I didn't like the fact that I was not able to reach the company via email. So, I had to search for the CS number on the website and call, which was productive and pleasing.
I am a repeated customer, and this was my first unfavorable experience, that was rectified immediately/efficiently during and after my call. Thanks FragranceNet.com ❤️

Incompetent Customer Service
I ordered a cologne using my iPhone and the shipping address automatically set to an old address of mine as I was paying and it went through with Face ID before I could change it. I immediately contacted support to request a change to the shipping address and they told me they can’t do that and that in the event the cologne returns to the warehouse they will give me a refund…. How do they expect that to just return to the warehouse? Why continue to ship an item that you’ve been told is going to the wrong place within the same hour it was purchased? I will never purchase another item from them again. Their customer service must be incompetent if they can’t do something as simple as cancel an order and let me reorder it. I recommend saving yourself some stress and just go to Macy’s. Learned my lesson.

I ordered three bottles of Britney Spears midnight Fantasy. One smells close to the original. The other two just smell like alcohol. I wanted to do a refund or exchange on the two but then looking at your policy I have to pay for shipping so that's why I'm only giving three star but I wanted to give two.

The company you use to deliver uniuni…
The company you use to deliver uniuni sent a woman to my house that took multiple pictures of my security cameras and side yard, driveways and porch. She walked between my garage and car my porch is on the right side and my car was parked on the far left side so there was absolutely zero reasons she should've done that. Uniuni didn't answer the phone for me to report this. I review items for a living and have hundreds of packages a month and never have I ever had someone take photos like this of my house. I don't feel safe. I saved the 4k videos of her doing this so if my house gets robbed I have her on video casing my house. I think I'll just pay extra at the mall for the things I need. It seems a lot safer.
