Appalling attitude and unethical! Charged me for labor which was completely unjustified and when I confronted them I was swarmed by a whole lot of bad attitude. Absolutely avoid

Misleading diagnostic overpriced
They claimed I needed a head gasket cutting £1500. Vauxhall did a diagnostic and found a cracked coolant container £50. I would use them for tyres and basic servicing but not for diagnostic stuff

Booked to have work done 3 weeks in advance left work early on the Friday dropped my car off due to pick up on the Saturday afternoon arrived to pick it up to find that no work had been done at all i lost a day at work as it my only transport and no logical reason given for it not to be done and no apologies i will not use them again

Rude, insulting
Poor customer service, rude, insulting, derogatory remarks about customers. They didn't know the VW/Audi/Skoda 2.0TSI engine has a timing chain instead of a cambelt. They call a customer 'anal' for wanting for the manufacturer's recommended grade oil used in their car!
