While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Terrible, Très Déçue
Je déconseille. Ma commande n'arrivait pas à temps et l'entreprise ne voulait pas du tout me rembourser, bien que la livraison était en retard à cause de leur maladministration. En plus des messages contradictoires.
I am very disappointed. My Valentine's Day flowers were sent to Montpellier first (instead of Avignon) then obviously delayed.
They did not arrive at the collection point on the morning of 14th February as agreed. Nor in the afternoon that day. So I sent an email to customer services. I was told to check with Chronopost and was told everything was being done to speed up the delivery. But as I had not employed Chronopost, it was the flower w
company who engaged their services -so I felt the flower company should follow up! Then when I looked at the tracker again it said the flowers would be delivered today (Monday)!
By chance, I checked again on Saturday 15th and although I had not been informed by a message from anybody, Chronopost indicated they had actually been delivered to the collection point. So I specially went out again to collect them.
They were a little bit wilted. I was rather upset about the delay, the mixed messages and the slightly poor condition of the flowers. I had already sent a number if emails asking for a reimbursement and compensation. No reply by early this morning. So today (17/2/25) I called to ask again. The lady asked if I had accepted the parcel. I had. She said, if you accepted it, we cannot reimburse you. So I checked the company website terms and conditions. Nowhere could I find anything that said that if I accepted the parcel, I would not be reimbursed.
