size scam
I ordered a M of a dolman top. I returned it because it was too big. I ordered an XS of the same item. It is exactly the same size. In total, I will have paid $30 for shipping and returns for items that are "one-size-all" but sold (lying to the customer) as if they are different sizes. There is a reason for why there is not a customer review option on their website because clearly they are just scamming people.
ORDER “NONEXISTENT”
Which I could give a 0 out of 5 stars.
Made an order on March 19 for two dresses that were on a HUGE clearance (WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON WHY I BOUGHT ONLINE). It has been a whole month and the package has been “in transit” but the tracking website is SOOO weird. I just checked it once again and it is put as “Delivered” for April 19, at 12:31pm. I left the house at exactly that time and there was no package, and no delivery truck on my street. There was also someone at home all day, and they never saw anything arrive.
Now, when I click on the View My Order link from my confirmation email, it says my order does not exist, even though before it would take me to the Francesca’s website.
I’ve sent an email to customer service through the order confirmation email and through the store’s website. But now I notice there are no reviews ANYWHERE on the website, and when I try to search for my order manually, it says it does not exist. Sure, the in store boutiques have very nice clothes and sometimes good sales, but the online website is a complete scam.
Hopefully I get answers to any of my emails.

Horrible experience. Waited a full test for my order and still not received. No way to contact customer service as i get no response. I have lost my money 😡
No customer service
Took over a month to get a refund. Reached out to customer service by email, never got a response from anyone, only an automated reply.
You cannot get through to anyone on the phone. It just plays a prompt, then hold music and loops around.
Very concerning that no one is there to help with issues.
And even though they really don't care whether or not I'm a customer, I will definitely never order from them again based on the non existent customer service.
*Editing to say I found the email of a higher up from Francesca's who I sent a message to. He replied to me the next day and was very kind and sent my inquiry to the customer service manager. Changing from 1 star to 3.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My wife ordered several things online for Christmas. Needless to say about 5 of the 15 items didn’t fit or didn’t look as good in person. No worries right, we can just go and exchange at the store. Not so fast. Francesca’s staff is clueless to their policy and said the new policy is they cannot return online purchases. We have to mail it back via the USPS and pay $5 shipping. This is customer no service at its worst. My wife WAS a long time shopper at Francesca’s but no more. You have lost a customer for life.

They are the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with.
I went into the store in Altamonte Mall last week with a gift card and when I went up to make a purchase they said my gift card was invalid! It may be an old gift card but I know there is $20 left on it. They told me sorry, but you need to call the customer service number; well, why didn't they do this for me??? Like other store would have done in the same situation. I've been trying for a countless amount of times calling the 800 customer service # and finally on the 3rd time hanging on waiting for 30 minutes no came on to help me, it just kept going through prompts. I will never visit this store again! Shame on you not having anyone to help out at customer service!

Stop Reviewing The Wrong Store
I just am here to point out that these are two different stores people are talking about.
Whatever this European Outlet is, it is not the same as Francesca's, which is based in Texas. The Texas-based business is what francescas.com is.
Someone needs to clean this up. It makes this Francesca's look like trash, which they are not.
Also, just so this doesn't get flagged. I have shopped there several times. As someone in her 30's, I like that their clothing is cute and affordable but not faddish. Sometimes the cashiers at my local shop are snotty but honestly my expectations aren't high for teenagers at the mall making $12/hr doing retail.
This store is horrible
This store is horrible . They don’t tell you or written anywhere on the receipt of the returning police. They expect you to go online and read about it . So they would not let me to return it for what I paid for even within 30 days. I called customer service, the rep was rude and service was poor. I will never shopped there again.
Account screwed up and marketing emails won't stop
This company needs serious admin help. I received an email saying I had a $10 coupon that was going to expire - but when I went to my account online, the coupon wasn't there and no way to use it. A call to customer service was worthless, she was basically like yeah I don't know what the issue is, just order something and then call and we'll credit you. I didn't trust that at all. I finally went to the store and told them I had gotten an email about a coupon but it wasn't showing up in my rewards. She was immediately able to credit the coupon at the register...so, if you get a coupon or reward...you can apparently only use it in the store.
But the worst issue I have with them is that I can't stop their marketing emails. They come every.single.day. I unsubscribed but am still getting them and when I called they were like oh yeah it takes at least 6 weeks. What? I have NEVER heard of that. I even BLOCKED the address to no avail, I am still getting them!! Argggh!
On time shipping
Wrote review about this company based on reading other reviews but I was all wrong...put my order in..didn't get a confirmation email so I thought I had been scammed..turns out my order was shipped..on time and I received it within one week..sorry Francesca..I will be ordering again.

Ordered a dress a month ago. Should have been delivered within 2 weeks. I still have not received it.
Horrible customer service. Emailed customer service 3 times, no response. Called customer service several times. Francesca CS left me on hold around 45 minutes each time. Finally got ahold of CS by phone. CS confirmed correct address and dress would arrive in the next 2 days at the latest. It's been 4 days, STILL NO DRESS.
I will NOT be purchasing from the Francesca store again.

Awful shipping process. Not able to track a package and their app is down. Ordered a package almost a week ago and have heard nothing. Trying to call and they think it will be processed today. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

-Having my item shipped was an ordeal, they claimed they didn't know why the last step of their procedure was not completed in order to ship it and 3 times they failed to ship, delaying my delivery for weeks.
-Their (within 21 days) in-store return policy is deceiving. When I needed to return an item on the 21st day, they claimed they count the purchase day as day 1 and that I was returning on the 22nd day. That is not "within 21 days". They should indicate that weird practice in their written policy.

It has turned into a scam!!! I made sure to read the return policy before ordering because I won’t order online if I can’t return for obvious reasons. Only after paying for my items I find out they’re non refundable.. I ordered my items 10 days ago and still have not received them. I ordered a dress for an occasion but it won’t be here in time.. after waiting for an hour for customer service they just tell me over and over my package is on the way. Unfortunately my only option is to dispute the transaction.

So now no jewelry and took my money!!!!!! Do not order from Francesca's online you will be throwing your money away. Calling credit card now. Terrible experience!
