Excellent company. The toddler bed was just perfect for my grandson and that a comfortable mattress was available was brilliant as smaller mattresses are hard to find. Good delivery time and on time too. Thank You.

I bought a nest of tables and I was very impressed by the quality and the beautiful finish of the furniture. Also I was kept informed of the progress of my order.
Usually I don't buy furniture without seen it first but I wanted to try and I am not disappointed, I will certainly buy again.

Helpful staff who were friendly and polite. I paid for the white glove service and goods were delivered ,unpacked and put in the exact place we wanted them.

Four very nice white chairs been delivered, unfortunately not much use without the dining table that should be with them. Very apologetic delivery driver said there is chaos in the warehouse. Surely someone can put a five piece order together, and send it all together??? Now will have to take another day off work for the delivery of the table....whenever!!!

Update, the table has now arrived a day later. Very satisfied with the quality of the product, good and sturdy. Thank you to the customer relations deptment of France Hunt for all the chasing and updates, it was much appreciated. Maybe you need to rethink your delivery suppliers as they seem to be letting your team down.

Seemingly selling products that aren't in stock as it took 3 separate supplier deliveries to them before they claimed to have my 6 dining chairs. 9 weeks after I ordered the delivery arrived only for the driver to say he only has 5 and someone was meant to call me. All through this process there's been promises of a phone call or some form of contact but it rarely happens; customer service is almost non-existent. It took a month for the last chair to arrive after someone in customer services finally took charge and treated me like a customer. It took over 13 weeks to get my order of 6 chairs when the site states 2-4 weeks delivery. Other than the last week or two the service received just hasn't been good enough and there's zero chance I'd ever order from them again.

The item took 2 months to arrive with continual phone calls it was replacing a broken pine chair as part of a dining set in our kitchen.We have not had delays with other companies re online orders & if there has been a query they have kept in touch . The product is excellent & better quality than the other 3 chairs.
