Dan has serviced our Frankie hot water tap for last 3 years & as always he does a fab job. He rings in advance of the appointment and maintains the tap in tip top condition. Having owned a Franke sink for over 25 years, we purchased a:-
BFG 611-970N - Frankie Basis inset sink Onyx
This sink quality is terrible. The first sink supplied was bent. This was replaced and within a few weeks it is scratched on the bottom of the sink where a plastic bowl sits. Their reply is that bowls shouldn’t be used in the sink. How ridiculous. It’s like inventing a chocolate teapot.
The sink wasn’t cheap but it is a fraction of the quality of their 25 year old product.
They say there is nothing wrong with the quality!

Martin was the technician on the day who serviced our Boiling water tap and filter. He gave the unit a thorough inspection and maintenance as well as replacing several components all without any hassle or trouble. It was a really worthwhile investment having the annual maintenance and I'm very pleased with the result.

Very friendly and competent technician Dan. He fixed all my problems and explained in detail how to hopefully avoid further-problems. However due to a mix up by the appointment team he arrived 1 day early but we were able to accommodate his early arrival.
It’s a shame I hadn’t know earlier of the field technician availability as I have suffered a dripping tap for 8.5 years which could have been resolved so much sooner.

I ordered a part online that never came, I was refunded but I still needed the part. I contacted customer service and Natalie J dealt with me. Natalie was superb, she always kept me informed and even though there were more bumps along the way, she always reponded and actively helped. She turned a potentially negative experience into a positive experience. Natalie has restored my faith in customer service

Had my Minerva tap 10 years. Spent £100 a year on filter cartridges. Tank burst 2 years ago so spent £500 on new tank. Water flow now so low the boiling tap is now almost unusable. Was told by Franke I need another new tank (cost is now closer to £600). A very expensive way to heat water so I’ve reverted to a good old fashioned kettle as the Minerva tap is not worth the money!

Excellent service. Our Olympus tap started to leak, it was under warranty. Spoke to Natalie at Franke, who explained how to claim and gave us the email address. Within 3 days we had the replacement part. Tap is now fixed. What an excellent Company to deal with and Natalie was exceptional.
