Awful bank
Awful bank. Awful service. They promised an English service when I joined but every time i call or go to their office branch the swrvice is not available. The 24/7 emergency number is even worse... If you get your cards stolen or lost, then the process to get these blocked is IMPOSSIBLE as:
- the 24/7 number is not available on weekends and during evenings
- you need your card and Iban number to proceed
An absolute joke!
Please someone explain where Germany got ita reputation of being efficient and capable...

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever.
Called them and Asked for help the person was angry at me and lectured me for 5 minutes because I don't speak German. I just asked anyone who speaks English. She was so rude with so much anger.

Absolutely disgusting people and…
Absolutely disgusting people and services. Being told on the phone that no one in the country speaks english just because I needed help with their banking app, where 75% of it is in German even thought I chose the English setting. Only two people were nice enough to try but this one woman on the phone hung up on me the moment I said I dont speak German. I am a paying for their sh***y services on top of that youd think they would have capable employees. German isnt the centre of the universe you should be able to speak other languages too, especially when a language is the third most spoken language in the world.

Stressed with their service
To be honest, I dont know why I still with the bank. They operate this decentralised system of where you can only deposit money at ATMs in only that particular area you registered to open the account. The monthly rate to open an account is relatively not cheap and also interests rate on loans taken are very high. There service is not so bad but generally I think it's just better to go with less profit seeking banks and concentrate of good service with less to send on your hard earned money
