This company visits the websites of other companies to find their "contact us" forms.

It then sends a spam email message telling the company to change its SMS TAP gateway to their number. That number is a high-cost premium rate number.

This company is a massive scam.

Keep receiving unwanted, silent, computer generated nuisance calls, from Tap Gateway Ltd, a sister company of DID comms.co.uk over the past 7 days. Unable to access its website, and phone number always engaged. Ofcom take action and stop this timewasting.

Lots of different scam numbers seem to be associated with this company and other companies in the same group – DIDcomms, Franzcom Ltd and Tap Gateway Ltd. Responses from each company claim that their range of phone numbers are being 'spoofed'. What a strange co-incidence that they're all so unlucky...NOT!

I have reported this company to Ofcom and ICO for complete breach in GDPR regulations and Ofcom Marketing Regulation. I have been getting calls from 01134788007 and I got no response to how my number was obtained and how I wished to have my number removed from that service and no longer wish to receive calls, this request was clearly ignored! I have reported 2 other companies like this and they received major fines, so no matter what you reply to this.. ENJOY YOUR FINE!

No idea why they would call me based on the services they offer. Web search show very little about them - Fishing for something. No message left. I always check out strange numbers and conclude this one needs blocking

This low rent 'company' is as annoying as one of the flies that infest the location the 'company' is actually located. It's use of fake 5 star reviews on this site is hilarious. It's just low calibre individuals seeking to scam details and sell on numbers etc. Don't accept unknown calls from area code 01208 if you're in the UK.

Seems to be running an unsolicited call campaign from some call centre in India. I had two calls today, will no longer be picking up. Irritating, as these kinds of low effort business getting attempts typically are.

VOIP can sometimes be complicated, however open-telecom's tech support is amazing. Out of hours support, engineers on the phone and desktop remote control are available if needed.
They don't charge for porting numbers and are generally very friendly.
