Excellent from start to finish, had 6 viewings in 3 weeks which was more than high street estate agent. Fees were excellent amount.
Sorted issues out with buyers solicitors too when it seemed I wasn’t getting anywhere.
Would sell my property with them again, also recommended a friend who sold their property in a week!

Non biassed honest advice given. Early board put up generated a lot of interest before pictures were taken and going live on rightmove!!!! The fixed priced didn't affect effort and energy team put into selling my property .... great effort and excellent communication was extremely thorough!! Thank you 😆

Absolutely awful! Never use unless you want to be ripped off! Oddly all helpful when moving in the left with rude staff, ignored phone calls about no boiler, so no heating!

Cannot fault Fraser St James in anyway. They have stayed in touch every step of the way and been upfront and honest with me in the process of buying a house. Much better than a lot of other estate agents we have dealt with in the past.

FSJ and Carl came recommended to me by several family and friends and they didn't disappoint. The main decision we chose to use FSJ was that we paid for the service with a one-off fee. I was slightly skeptical that due to this we would not receive the same service offered by other estate agents. What I found was that instead we were offered a fantastic service, our house was valued at what I believed to be correct and was sold within a week! I would certainly recommend using Carl and FSJ!

Great service and sold my house in 3 days - paid £495 upfront . Service was best I have ever had from an estate agent and must of saved over £3k in agent fees. Carl was professional and knowledgable and told me correct valuation and I actually achieved £7k more than another local agent advised. The whole process was stress free and I will always reccomend to friends and family - too work Fraser st James !
