For the second time in a shorts time, i'm locked out of my account and they telling me that no account on the email adress, excist..
Support dosen't answer me niether..

Despite the fact that I was prepared to pay them expensive withdrawal charges and a lot of time to reach the minimal withdrawal amount, I was only surprised to wake up one time and they had already disabled my account without giving any reason. I tried on several occasions to reach them as requested by them, all in vain.
If the above can happen, what would happen to your hard earned money deposited with them?
My judgement is that they are so dangerous, you risk being with them. Waste of time and resources. Just do not join them or if you are in already, that is a trap, please abandon them immediately.

After responding positively and adding some free coins as promised by them, my previous report can now be ignored.
I will push to 5 stars after some time when there are no hiccups.

I have reached the minimum required to withdraw (0.011), but now that I have requested my payment, my account has been disabled and I obviously did not receive my payment. Don't waste your time on this garbage.

Account disabled, after no reason. Support contacted by e-mail, no response until yet. It seems, there cam be something wrong, in this "project" - so, be aware.

If I'm mistaken, and the project could be called as legit, I'll update my review, of course. For now, there is no reason for doing so.

This complaint is for free-litecoin.com and the support who manages the site for disabling my account - I think the disabling of my account was systematic and not disabled by support/human. My complaint below describes exactly what happened on 4/25/2024. My account was disabled on 4/26/2024 I think.

I have been an active member of freebitco.in since 2013. When I learned of free-litecoin.com in December of 2023, I thought it was a great site and I began depositing and playing immediately and I like their 10% compound interest on litecoin that they offer.

Since I joined free-litecoin.com I’ve made dozens of approved withdrawals from the site without any problems. Between December 2023 and late April 2024, I’ve changed my withdrawal address 3 different times and made 3 different withdrawals on any given day prior and never had any problems. But the one time I wanted to make 4 withdrawals to 4 different addresses on the same day, my account suddenly and unexpectedly gets disabled and my litecoin balance was more than 3.5 LTC valued over $280 USD.

When I changed the withdraw address the 4th time in my profile, I clicked the confirmation link that they sent to my email and then I returned to their site and initiated the 4th withdrawal. The requested amount came out of my balance immediately and I went to bed.

In the morning I tried to log in, a message in red appeared which said,

“Disabled account please contact support”

I immediately obtained their support email and then I emailed support asking them to please reactivate my account so I could access the site again. But nobody has responded back to me and my account is still disabled.

In the email I sent to support I told them I wasn’t sure why my account was disabled and I explained that maybe it was because I requested to change my withdraw address a 4th time that day and initiated a withdrawal for the 4th time too. I provided my contact information: My email address.

I’ve had other days where I have changed my withdraw address in my profile 3 times in one day and even made 3 successful withdrawals that they approved on same day before. I explained how I never had any issue with my account being disabled and I’ve made several successful deposits and withdrawals from free-litecoin.com.

I hope support unblocks my account and lets me play and deposit and withdraw again. I see several people on trustpilot have left reviews and free-litecoin.com finally responded and let them back in there account and even gave them bonus.

For a long time I used this site, everything was fine, collected lithos, played multiplayer. Since October last year my account was blocked, I wrote to support, the answer came only in January, access was restored. And here again my account got blocked, contacted support, no response. Please contact me, I hope that soon access will be restored.

Do not put money on that page, it is a fraud, a scam, it did not let me withdraw my funds, and they simply closed my account, I tried to communicate, but no response

i deposited in this site long ago, tried to withdraw today and it's been almost an hour. litecoin transactions typically done within minutes, but the good thing is i have received the withdrawn litecoin after 2 hours or so.

i had 0.08 ltc in and i made a withdrawal after the they block for no reason and it say's "Disable account please contact us" . but when i contact there is no response . please avoid getting scam and please write the review in this platform , it helps to avoid getting scam.

I changed my withdrawal address, and made a withdraw. Then my account was disabled.

So I wrote many emails, but no reply. Support seems to be inexistant.

After several emails, still no answer, and my LTC are still blocked. Whene I try to log in, I get a message : "Disable account please contact us" . But in vain

I made my third withdrawal today but instead they decided to block my account. I definitely do not recommend this or any of their sites (doge and eth) to anyone any more.

A scam site. If you request a withdrawal, my account is blocked for no reason. Please do not deposit on the site

The stipulated withdraw threshold was not maintained, they fixed and changed to a higher withdraw threshold. This is discouraging, for this reason I haven't been able to make a withdraw even once. Please try to maintain a withdraw threshold for better rating.
