I had the same package with tree card…

I had the same package with tree card games for an older computer. I paid for a 2023 version of solsuite and mahjong package. They downloaded fine but most of the graphics are not included. I tried many times to download them but they all failed. Contacting the company didn't help. I asked for a refund and didn't get a reply. It's a shame, the program is good but you can't use all the program without most of the graphics.

Ever since they introduced…

Ever since they introduced advertisements into Spider Solitaire, the game breaks down regularly. As of July 2, the game is totally broken. I'd never buy anything from such an incompetent bunch.

Deaf Company

As others have stated, no matter how often you unsubscribe, they will not stop sending you emails. On top of that, they want to recharge you every year for games they "update" with virtually no changes. Their Spades game is programmed very badly, and no matter how many times you contact support, they do not fix the mistakes; for instance, if the AI has AKQ, it will lead the Q first and go backwards, and that leaves its partner thinking someone else has the A, so he will trump it if he can. I have told them this repeatedly to no avail. After they tried to charge me again for an upgrade to Spades 3.0 which continued to have the AI ALWAYS underbid and lead this way, I told them where to go.

Impossible to Get Off Their Mailing List

I purchased two games from this company several years ago. Both are excellent but the annual upgrades (a few new card games are added each year) are not worth the cost. I have repeatedly submitted requests to be removed from their email list but they ignore all such requests. Email offers to upgrade or purchase new games continue to come - sometimes every day for a couple of weeks.

Bad Form, wont work on Android!

Good product - until you try to download it to your android - no warning given, had to search Google to find out why I could not make download open, thought it might be outdated for my new tablet, not so,I downloaded new version, told rep I would try that, took my money, now they are ignoring me, no responses, no refund, no information as to why this would not work! I had a version that was working, paid for, working on my computer, but apparently a DOS based game and will not work on Android. They have been around long enough to have worked out how to make it work on Android surely!
