I would leave no stars if I could, uploaded the App to see whether it suits my needs, It doesn’t and now I have been charged without warning! I never actually used it. I find it very sneaky practice, not to give a warning that you will issue a fee even if you don’t use it. I want a refund!

I have been working with FreeAgent for over 2 years now. Excellent product and support. Comprehensive training for clients and agents alike. Successfully filed my first MTD submissions this week for both Corporate and Personal Tax Returns. I trialed 3 other similar softwares before settling on FreeAgent, best decision. Easy to use

I have FreeAgent free for two years…
I have FreeAgent free for two years through RBS. On the whole, it's made accounting very easy and I'm grateful for that. The only downside is that automated recognition of invoices is only free up to 10 documents per month. A larger allowance or unlimited usage would be nice. After all, RBS is presumably paying for it for now!

FreeAgent is not just good, it is exceptional. As a piece of software it is amongst the best. It is exceptionally well designed and implemented. It is 100% perfectly suited to its task. The product and development team on FreeAgent should be proud of their accomplishment. Sincerely, it’s really not that often that a piece of software like this is a real joy to use. It has made managing my business so much easier and enjoyable.

The app pop up never goes away
It works for our needs. But the app pop up and 'add a bill' thing never seem to go away. We have the app and our bills are all tracked automatically through the system.
