Excellent and awesome solution I've ever seen before!

This is the worst WYSIWYG platform I've ever worked with. A client hired me to help make updates to their website because they don't want to have to build a whole new one. It's intuitive to use, but the customization is minimal and the product is sub-par. All I'm trying to do is use a different thumbnail for the YouTube video on the home page. There is no option to change the thumbnail. They have the nerve to charge $139/month for this "Build Your Own Site" product. It's not worth $10/month. I'm so surprised to come here and see they have a 4.0 rating. Really? It should be a 2.0. There are FAR better website builder platforms out there for about the same price. Don't use them.

I would give this company no stars if it was an option. This company is a complete fraud, do not purchase anything with them or they will get you out of a lot more money than initial stated. They charged me 11x in the same amount when I purchased their package. You can only reach them through email, no phone number listed. When I reached out they tried to tell me there was only one charge and there was nothing to refund me. I confirmed with my bank that those were actual charges and it was. I put in a claim with my bank and canceled all services. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! I will be reporting them to the BBB as well!

I am trying to make a payment to reactive my email address but only accept credit card payments. Have made several attempts to pay by debit details but no luck. Not getting a related email back just send instructions and insists on credit card. Just want email back online

A shocking experience on Tuesday when Free Logo Services suspended my G-Suite business e-mail, without notice. I'm a sports therapist and I wanted to inform my clients taht I am re-opening my clinic in South Woodford this weekend. I believed this glitch to be a simple payment update method and my e-mail would be reactivated. Not so. I spent most of Tuesday trying to put through the card I already had with them, only to get nowhere. I sent them countless e-mails, each one coming back with instructions on how to reactivate my account, but impossible to do on the website. In the end, after going around in circles all day, they told me my card was declined. When my husband used his card to pay for my account to be reactivated, there was not a problem. EXCEPT that I would now have to purchase a DIFFERENT e-mail! Their response to all this was to tell me they had cancelled my subscription completely and were listing my account as 'deactivated!' The time wasted on trying to fix this, the damage done to my business and the distress and anxiety done to me is appalling. I'm now reporting them to Trading Standards and to the Competitions and Marketing Authority for unscrupulous practice. None of my clients can contact me by e-mail and Free Logo Services have essentially pulled the plug on my online business! I requested a copy of their Formal Complaints Procedure and will be seeking a legal remedy now. After Covid-19, to have this happen to a business is disgusting!

Just over 12 months ago I contacted FreeLogo Services to set up a new tour business, with much help.
Due to the current situation in Victoria with COVID 19
High Country Winery & Brewery Tours are temporarily on hold.
When restrictions are lifted will need the support from Free Logo Services.

I’ve started dealing with Free Logo Services since 12/2017. I’ve had nothing but problems with dealing with them. Now I find out free logo services have been charging my credit card for over a year for services they have not been providing. There is no easy way to get in contact with them, COVID or no COVID. I want my mo ey back!!!! I am tired of getting scammed by this company. Be careful who you give your card number to. This company will cancel your order but charge your card anyways. Scammers!!!

I accept that Covid-19 has had a devastating affect on everything, but my service from your company has been bad. My Domain address does not work and you have increased the cost from £2.95 to £12. I require clear answers to clear questions, not to be fobbed of with standard replies

I purchased business cards and some logos from this company in 2017. Fast forward to April 2020, due to the lockdown I was able to review my credit card details only to realize I had been charged by Freelogo for services I did not sign up for. After contacting my bank, they carried out an investigation amd discovered Freelogo has been charging me yearly since 2018! They have been stealing my money! For a domain I don’t have. I AM A NURSE!! Why do I need a website! I have had to cancel my cards and put out an alert with my bank. I want my money back please. I am taking this to the authorities and also posting all over the internet! YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!

I have used other website builders in the past, but the Website builder through Weebly is the easiest I have used. I love that they are constantly adding options to add to my site.

Quick, Economical and Reliable, will use them again if required.

Quick to take your money, but not available to sort your problems out. I wanted to change my contact number before my card got printed, but noone is around to help.keep sending messages and emails, but to no avail. I won't be ordering from this company again.

I am extremley satisfied with the services that I have received from FreeLogo Services. Everytime I have a question or concern they quickly respond to assist me with being successful with my business needs. I would recommend this company to anyone who is starting thier business.

I am still waiting on my order for my polo shirts, its been over a month and a half and we still do not have our order! The customer service is very poor, I have maid serval attempts to get in contact with your office and no one has responded as of yet. Please look into what's going on with my order. Your company has already pulled the funds from my account!!!
