Just an ordnary indoor antenna does not work for what they promise.......

Honestly, I feel stupid! The saying "If it sounds or looks too good, it IS!!"
All the adds about Cable Companies paniking is ALL FALSE. And of course you cannot use this to see Netflex.

I ordered 6 boxes so I could use them as Christmas gifts. In ten minutes I could not see any cable channels as they claim. It's not made in Netherlands (in PRC China). You're better off using your plhne or computer. It only has apps, like netflix. I emailed to return them and they gave an address in Netherlands or to have another 30% discount for keeping them. I got the boxes back with a notice from the government (or themselves) saying the items could not be imported. Sent two more emails and no response whatsoever. Items may be worth $10 each. I wrote a statement of dispute with my bank. Don't buy anything from them. Asendia Hong Kong (HKG) seems to be their parent company and they do business in many places including US. They appear to have the same crap in other names. Better go to a trusted store near you.

The freeSee antenna arrived today and as stated it was simple to set up. Scanned channels and there were 90 but it appears that they are just the free view channels.
I bought this believing that I would be able to cancel my Netflix subscription, should have known better.

total rubbish got three of them and my 2euro rabbit ears aerial is just as good plus not only was i charged for three. I was also charged 30euro

may aswell through your money in the toilet. completely useless, and when you try and contact them, they don't respond, there is nobody to answer your call, no response to emails. I've managed to get a reply via the website chat, but having read the reports I doubt i'll have any luck getting my refund. They are a complete rip off and should be shutdown and locked up.

Do not fall on this trap, they promise 100 channels and all i got is 4 channels, only the local channels.

I ordered 1 aerial unit but was charged for 3 units . I tried to contact Fox to rectify this but was just sent in loop with no answer and an unresponsive customer support service.
When I finally received the (3) units I tried to get them to operate with no success. They do not work .I then read their terms and conditions They do not refund only exchange. I suspect this is part of the scam to rob some more money from you. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY.

I bay this antena before 2weeks,so the antena dasn't work, I live in Auckland(NZ),make the complaint,and the answer-from the company was that the antena work only in same areas and independent of the sources on the signal.I ask for refund on the money......no ansver????

I wish I could give this company a 'no star' rating. They are a total rip off. I purchased 2 of their (so called) high tech TV antennae, only to find they do not work at all . I could not pick up one TV channel. They do not respond to emails, or phone calls and obviously have never heard of Trust Pilot. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and will be in contact with them today to seek a refund. I will also check if they are still advertising on Amazon and if so will send a report to Amazon.

The antenna is useless. DO NOT BUY.
So simple is that!

I have had £200 taken out of my account , tried to stop it with the credit card company , they said there was nothing they could do. I only ordered 1 for £35 and they took the rest out. Facebook should stop this total scam .

I'm on a mountain top just outside DC so reception should be decent. Couldn't pull any picture in whatsoever with antenna and the "added super $75 for the set of items. IT will cost you shipping to NETHERLANDS to return it... tentatively I'm looking at $33 plus trip to postoffice for return of item. At least I purchased via PayPal so I have "chancellor" in my corner.

i bought 3 pcs none of them work as they say, i can only see 3 channels.
It took 1 month before I got them.

BEWARE.. SCAM COMPANY.
If you have paid by a CREDIT CARD report to the card provider, and request a dispute to be raised.
I believe we in the UK have protection. So hopefully people will relies. And I suggest the banks and other trading standards look into this. GET IT STOPPED..

Order came, tried on 3 TV,s and doesn't work. This is a total scam, I didn't even realised I had bought one. Put my details in but didn't click Buy button, because realised they were a company from abroad. then 3 weeks later it turned up and checked my account and £# taken out. Tried E Mails to get refund but still awaiting reply so not holding my breath. How can Facebook even let them advertise on there website. It looks bad for Facebook and I'm sure reading comments, countless amounts of people have lost money .

Its all a con. I paid for 4 and received nothing, no replies to emails, hopefully credit card company will refund! As a police officer in London I will be visiting the address and taking it further!

DO NOT BUY IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE IT SAYS. HOPEFULLY PAYPAL WILL REFUND ME.

It doesn't work. Its a fraud company. Don't waste your money.
