Comme commenté par téléphone, une investigation a été ouverte au pres de notre transporteur pour essayer de trouver votre colis.
Nous avons fait les démarches nécessaires auprès de la partie anglaise et attendons un retour de leur part.
Ayant fait une réclamation de votre coté directement avec Colissimo, ça accelera les choses.
Nous devons attendre le feu vert de wndirect pour faire une déclaration de perte voire de vol de marchandise.
Une fois le feu vert de wnDirect reçu, nous ferons un renvoi ou vous rembourserons l’intégralité de la commande.
