Costs for returning goods
The fact that one has to pay transport for return of goods means that I will return to my previous supplier of MTB products (that has a 100 days free return policy). Especially when it comes to clothes, there is always the risk that they don't fit. Unfortunately, I saw too late that Freestyleextreme does not cover costs for returning goods.

Thanks for the feedback. We have a 45 days return policy no matter the reason. We cover the return postage cost if the issue is caused by us, but if it is a normal customer return then the customer is responsible for it. We're clear with that information and you can read this on our website as well. Sorry that you haven't seen it before ordering. Please don't forget that we can always sort something out for you if you contact us before returning products.
