Not happy with remote I bought doesn't work. Rang them man totally unhelpful. Never do business with them again

I have dealt with FreeTV for many years, made many purchases, and always have excellent service. I have even referred friends to FreeTV. However, I recently purchased a simple satellite box (cost 67 euro) from them (to use on my office TV as I learned to use the Enigma multi-tuner box I had bought). It arrived promptly, and I have to say the Fastway service was excellent, I gave them a very good review. However, on staring it up, I noticed there were two dead pixels on the front display. I notified FreeTv and they suggested a fix which did not work. They asked me to send photos of the display which I did. They asked me if I wished to return the item. I suggested they send me another one and I would return the defective one with the same courier. I then got an email asking me to return (at my expense) the item and they would decide whether or not it would be replaced. Since I live remotely it would have cost me about 35 Euro to do so. I am so disappointed. I expected better service on a faulty item.

I enquired about a remote control for mini combo that I was informed was no longer available. Free Tv we most helpful in supplying and promptly delivering the unit and reasonably priced. I ordered Mon received Tues.

I wanted a camera for outside my house and the staff were more than helpful to explain and set me right. I have got electrical goods before and never had any issues with the goods or staff. Billy Condon

This company were extremely helpful with technical support and when an item was damaged in transit to me they immediately replaced the damaged item without any problem. I would highly recommend this company all round. V.F. Dublin.

Products And cables ordered last month.
No delivery.
They used FASTWAY…. I swore I’d never use FASTWAY (see earlier review) . Please read on….

Nobody to talk to in support,! Email only !!!
Eventually after 8 days, given a delivery date …… but without the cables……
We do not know and cannot find out when the cables will be delivered……
What I find distressing is that I am paying the bills to keep these guys in business….. I work weekends to do this….. these people don’t work at all on weekends!,,,, but their site takes an order for what they cannot deliver ?
Something smells foul……

Use these a lot, always good service. Excellent website with product videos and honestly tells you pros and cons for each item, which no other website does.

Great service. I have used them twice for new remote controls. One for my TV and one for my Saorview box.
They both worked straight away no issues with them.

I had purchased a reel of ethernet cable and when it arrived (very quickly) I discovered I purchased the the wrong kind for what I needed (completely my fault). I contacted the company, dropped the goods back and they arranged the refund quickly without any hassle. Great service and trustworthy.

I ordered a remote control for an AKAI tv - It even says it on the receipt and they sent a Universal Remote which didn't work. I could have ordered a Universal Remote control from anywhere. When I rang phone number on the rececipt I was met with the response of - we picked the product you ordered when quite clearly they hadnt. Not impressd at all.

I dont understand some of these reviews? I have used freetv.ie for supplies for some time and cannot reccomend them enough, highly professional, extremely helpful over the phone and good quality products... and nice to use an Irish company.

On their website you can’t leave a honest review of the products , they have to read your review first, and then decide if they want to post it which they obviously won’t if it’s bad
Bought a 4g cctv camera off them and for 115€ it was a waste of money in my opinion
It has two 4g antennas which do not mimic signals from same provider in the same location as a mobile phone also the 4g reset button is inside the camera so you would have to climb upto camera dismount and open up camera to reset it , what a joke
Overall I am very unhappy with the product and their service so far , won’t be using them anymore for purchases , it’s all cheap stuff from China and they just sell it here in ireland and offer quick shipping

Got firestick a couple of months back remote suddenly wouldn't connect, contacted them customer service couldn't be more helpful fixed issue in less than a week product sent back fixed and working excellent customer service highly recommend using freetv.ie I will in future.
