Worst Customer Service Ever

The worst absolutely terrible customer service! I reached out to pretty much everyone regarding my missing package, and the experience was beyond frustrating. So far, zero resolution. I had to follow up multiple times, only to be ignored or given the runaround.

It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. If you value your time and sanity, I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

They even have the audacity to use this as their slogan. What a joke.
