Quality is always great and staff are really friendly on collection. Prices are better than most other french import supermarkets around. Ordered many times and never had an issue. Just wish they did... See more

Excellent service, great choice of items, packed safely and secure.
The Delivery choices are also very good, I have been quite lucky that each time I've ordered, it has arrived by midday.
I highly recommend the service and will be using again next month.

First time I ordered from this company. As i am struggling to find such a business in Scotland.
Honestly I had a good experience, the products received yesterday were really well packed, nothing has been damaged (glass jars and biscottes) and the parcel (17 items) came on time. The products are very good.
There was one item which has been removed due to stock; they put a stamp on the order ticket received to ask us to check the order and the final amount charged. I thought they would still charge me for the product and get a refund later but it was not the case they deduce the amount immediately.
This is a very good process.

Order placed on 29th October for a booked delivery on Saturday 04th November between 9am and 12:30pm. At 12pm, as we still had not received our delivery, I called their Customer Service number on 0207 097 6613 to get an update. Their FAQ on their website clearly specifies the following:
Q. How can I get a more accurate delivery time for my Order?
A. If you live in our London deliver area please give us a call / E-Mail on the morning of your delivery and we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery time within your delivery slot. If you are outside of London you will receive e-mail updates from our couriers usually with a 1 hour delivery window.
So we did exactly that and to our shock, no one answers the phone. It rings several times then hangs up. We tried 6 times between 12pm and 3pm. We also emailed French Click 2 times that day. Again, no response.
At 4:30pm, the delivery was finally made. I asked the driver what happened and he said: "contact the company". It is not my responsibility if your order is late so sort it out directly with them". I explained we tried constantly to call and email but no one answers. His response was that it is closed on Saturday.
French Click doesn't send any tracking number to customers so it is impossible to know if or when a delivery will be made, nor by which provider. So not only they don't work, but they don't keep customers updated.
The icing on the cake was that our order was incomplete when it finally reached us, and of course, no information from French Click in advance

According to FrenchClick's documents, my order (containing chilled items) was due to be delivered on 26th May. DHL, their preferred courier, stated my items were collected on 25th May to be delivered on 26th May. Payment, according to FC's documents was taken on 26th May. The items were not delivered until 31st May, by which time the ice pack had completely melted, the packaging of the chilled items was completely sodden and the items may have been unsafe to eat. Two emails to FC were ignored (apparently the employee was on holiday) and a contact via their website was read. They tell me, despite their own document and DHL's timeline, that the items were not collected until 30th May and delivered within 24 hours. I have had to dispose of the items as being potentially unsafe to eat and FC have offered no recompense.
FrenchClick now state that their tracking showed the items were collected on 30th May. However, DHL's tracking show they were collected on 25th May. FC's own packing slip states payment was taken on 26th, which is odd if the items had not come into stock or been packed at that point.

Great Company to buy from
Cakes were a little dry which is unusual for Lu, but then again maybe they have started to cut corners,
the box has changed and missing is the lovely writing on each cake which made them just a little bit special when offering guests. The taste is still the same though so just make sure I offer or have a cuppa to hand when munching on a cake.
None of which is the fault of French Click, use by dates are good.
Gone are my days of popping over to France and bringing back the weekly shop once in a while, since my Husband has Parkinson's and I can't leave him for long, so French Click will be very useful for what I miss. Unfortunately they can not give me France for the day. 😢😊
Packaging is excellent and items protected really well for delivery.
Thank you French Click. Will be back soon ❤️💕

My first order with this Company which I just found by chance while doing a PC search for Dog food.Very pleased with the ordered items which had an expiry date of more than a year into the future.Very well packed.Arrived only one day after the date I had selected and with Parcelforce not DPD (which I had selected). But I will buy from again based on this initial experience.

I ordered various items a week ago for delivery on Tue 7th March between 12:30pm - 5pm. 5pm came but obviously no delivery. I called them and spoke to a man who said that the delivery was booked for Thursday. I told him that was wrong so he looked into it further and then told me that the lady that dealt with my order had changed my delivery date because she thought that not everything would be in stock. Surely a company that delivers food would check with the customer to make sure that's okay? It's food not a t-shirt! The man I spoke to said he will call DPD and arrange for a delivery on Wednesday before 10:30am, which was fine. The food was for a birthday dinner on Wednesday evening. It's now Wednesday and no delivery. It hadn't even been picked up from French Click. I called again and got the woman. She told me that she had informed me by email to what was happening. She had sent the email to my old account which I changed in December/January. Again, she had changed the delivery to Thursday, which is obviously no good to me. So with that I have cancelled the whole order this morning and I will never use them again. They lie.

We ordered some soft cheeses - the food was delivered nice and cold, when they said it would be and we were kept informed of delivery details. The use-by dates were good. Will use again.
Order contrex water, very efficient service. would be good to get more than 5 packs but understand difficult for the driver.
My go to place for French goodies. Efficient service.
My French Click order included 2 cheeses with a 6 day expiry, making it an impossible timeline for me to enjoy my order within a reasonable period of time before it was out of date. Too much cheese arriving at once on the brink of expiry. Flagging this to them, I asked for a refund for at least one of the cheeses.
Their reply was to tell me that soft and hard cheeses were safe to eat for about two weeks after expiry!
Bye bye French Click!

I love FrenchClick but am looking at divorce proceedings. Parcel containing fresh meat shipped 30th November by DPD and it has spent the last 5 days in Bristol. DPD mail me each day promising delivery which never arrives. Today/yesterday have tried to contact FrenchClick by Facebook, Email to CustServ, Email to individual - No reply. Also no answers/pickups on two landline and one mobile phone. Help.
