Disappointed with the Quality and Service
I was really excited to order from this website, but unfortunately my experience was not good. The shirt quality was very disappointing compared to what was shown in the pictures. The fabric felt cheap, and the fitting was not accurate at all.
Delivery also took much longer than expected, and customer service was not very helpful when I tried to contact them about my issue. Overall, the product did not feel worth the price I paid.
I hope the brand improves its quality and customer support in the future.

I’m still in awe of how your communication skills miraculously improved the moment I opened a PayPal dispute. It’s heartwarming to know that your inbox only starts functioning when your money is actually at risk.
Regarding the original lilac shirt—the one that was apparently designed for a giant rather than a human being—thank you for your "gesture of goodwill" in letting me keep it. Since it was completely useless and you clearly didn't want it back, I’ve ensured it found a permanent home in my trash can.
Then we have the replacement. I love the element of surprise you’ve incorporated into your business model—specifically, the part where you "forgot" to mention that the replacement lilac shirt isn't actually available. It's a bold strategy to offer a resized exchange and then just... not have it.
It’s become very clear that now that you have my money, the "customer" part of "customer service" is optional. And your commitment to the "one email per day" limit is truly inspiring; I didn't realize I was dealing with a company that operated on a 19th-century postal schedule.

I ordered 5 suits on April 3rd and received them May 13th. It took me many whats app texts until I got a response. Now that I received the suits, they were undersized. I alway fit into a 42 but this 42 was way too tight. They say it is easy to return the items, but are not responding at all. They even said my email was not recieving emails from them. This is a lie as I have gotten 50 promotional emails from the same email. Save your money and your sanity and buy elsewhere.

Poor quality coat. The 4 buttons on the coat sleeves are all stuck together and not in-line. Shipping of the coat took several weeks and looked like it had a ruff delivery. The wooden hanger was in 3 pieces. I wouldn’t buy again.
