Placed an order for the multi oven pro, received a discount as paid upfront for pre order and actually received my oven a week or so before expected date, so very pleased. It came very well packaged,... See more

Customer service from Jo has been on point, answering my questions that I put through the website within 30 minutes. In fact, probs more like 15/20 minutes. Especially since I was buying my first juicer.
I'd bought my first juicer which arrived on the 11th March. I then tried to assemble on the 16th March in the afternoon since I could finally use it.
I was having trouble and eventually sent a video via WeTransfer of what I was doing and making sure I was doing it correctly. Turned out the base was faulty. The other parts were actually fine. I did find it strange it fit fine but not when clicking in.
Anyhow, now the 17th March and already sent the replacement base. Excellent! Feels great to support a British company who care about their customers!

Having done the initial reviews and finding the F500 portable blender was well rated and the customer service good I purchased one in June Last year, today though it started playing up (after daily use) I contacted Fridja by email and within minutes I had a reply requesting my Amazon invoice, following supply of the invoice I had a confirmation email advising of the dispatch of a replacement blender. WOW that's customer service for you, Thank you Joanne for your support and prompt action.

Don't buy if you're already using a Nutribullet to juice: I invested £170 as a "treat" to myself ... but it was a complete waste of money.
Would highly recommend the Nutribullet and a sieve instead of the Fridja juicer.

I bought this juicer 4 months ago and enjoyed it things were going well but after using this machine to make some sorbet as it had advertised in the videos it broke . Customer service said I should have partially defrosted the items 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ . So they won't fix it .
I will be replacing it with a better brand as it says it is a whole fruits juicer which it definitely cannot cope with, without getting clogged .
Disappointing customer service and repair services.

F10 is a really good steamer, not tried on cotton shirts but steamed jeans no problem. I've every faith it will steam cotton shirts just as well.
It was delivered quickly.

I purchased the F66 multi air fryer oven from Fridja which has not cooked or heated food properly since purchase. I have followed the handbook instructions carefully and tested a range of foods, but results are consistently poor and unreliable. Due to this, the product has been barely used.
When I raised this as a fault, Fridja refused a refund unless the item was returned at my expense for inspection, stating that any refund would depend on whether they decided a fault existed. They also dismissed my reference to statutory rights by claiming the legal position was “not applicable”, and attempted to rely on their own terms and conditions instead.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, and company policies do not override statutory law. A product does not need to be physically broken to be considered faulty if it fails to perform as a reasonable consumer would expect.
I found the tone of communication dismissive and the handling of the complaint disappointing, particularly given the clear legal framework that applies to faulty goods in the UK.
This review is not about preference or change of mind, it is about poor performance from the outset and how a legitimate complaint was handled.

Please save your money and do not buy a Fridja steamer.
I have had a total of 2 steamers from Fridja and both have broken.
My first steamer broke on first use. My replacement initially worked great with minimal usage (few times per month). When it works, it's a great steamer, better than lots of competitors. However, it's only built to last a short time - it's a cheap product that is not fit for purpose.
I contacted Fridja about my second broken steamer and they said that I was out of warrantee and offered me to pay £45 to fix it - almost the price of a new one. The email was quite short and not much apology.

It took me 3 weeks to decide which juicer to buy, I've been making cold pressed juice since 2009 so I'm quite demanding. This is my 4th juicer and I'm super happy with my Fridja. It's a solid product worthy buying

A trustworthy and reputable company. Excellent customer service.
Hugh quality products that last.

The customer service, admin, operations and communications are so poor and incompetent. They only acknowledge mistakes once you raise them and then blame it on the courier. Really lets the brand down
