Being a member of this akasse is one of the worst nightmare, I lost my job last month and I assigned up for dagpenge and so they decided to through me out because they didn't want to pay dagpenge to me, with an excuse i still have to pay for my membership even when i have already declared am out of work, after paying for my membership for over 2 years and I have lost my money to them, people should be careful when looking for akasse because what happened to me few days it can happen to someone out there, better invest in a good akasse that is well recognized.

As I needed help in a case regarding a Lønmodtagernes Garantifond application, I contacted Frie Fagforening for guidance. I am sorry, I can't remember the name of the secretary answering the phone (thank you! :) ), but she was very nice and very quick to put me in contact with one of their lawyers - Gitte Bjerring.

Gitte was very nice, thorough, prompt and professional throughout the entire process and keeping me updated with every step. I highly recommend! Thank you Gitte, for all your work!

Well i wouldn't be giving this 5 star if it wasn't because of one of the staff Sanne saved it all. I had a very bad experience at the beginning with people lack of explanation, communication and not wanting to help there customers i dont know if its because i am not danish or speak danish fully. Sanne helped me alot and she spent her time and made effort finding out more information to help me with my situation. I would've give up, cancelled my membership after paying for over a year and not get anything out of this insurance. Thank You so so much Sanne for everything and i hope there is more people like you.

Carina was extremely helpful. We’ll informed regarding ideas for start-up businesses and very open and friendly. Very good at communicating in English…which became a pleasant experience.

Gitte was extremely helpful with solving and ongoing dispute with my employer over unpaid hours during the Covid 19 lockdown. Her dedication and focus on that matter was in my opinion what led to me receiving the majority of my due payment back. Overall very happy with the outcome of this matter and Frie's service during the process.
