X mas eve 2014
We had our Xmas eve dinner ruined by a very unpleasant experience in this restaurant.
We arrived at 7 PM, got our starter at 7.15 - which was fine.
We were waiting for our main course until 9.15, where we had to ask the waiter for it. We got it at 9.30.
Also we had to remind the waiter about the wine we ordered.
Spending 2 hours waiting, because of unorganized personel, is not acceptable!
The waiters were loudly arguing, so the guests could hear it - not a professional attitude.
We had a 10 year old along, who was excited to get her xmas presents, so we skipped dessert, and left at 10.15 pm.
What should have been a nice experience, turned out to be the opposite.
Really, a very poor service and bad experience. We won't visit this restaurant again!!
